One thing I read the other day is that some states have put out a new law that will disallow presidential candidates from running in their state if they have not provided their tax returns to the public. This would mean that Trump could not run his name on the ballot in the next election, if he does not drop his refusal to be transparent to the people, and continues to be a swamper. That's an interesting conundrum for him.

The very wealthy get special attention due to the complexity of their tax filings. Trump was badgered about his taxes during the campaign and he was elected anyway. If he has done anything wrong the IRS has the power to fine and even imprison him - just like any other citizen.
