EU vows legal response as UK moves unilaterally on Northern Ireland

The EU should establish border controls on the Irish-UK border if the Brits won't keep their word.

If a Government signs a treaty no matter how erroneous, the same Government has to abide by treaty stipulations.

That is commonly perceived as an adherence to international law.
