What an imbicile.

"It doesn’t seem like anything was actually agreed to at the dinner and White House officials are contorting themselves into pretzels to reconcile Trump’s tweets (which seem if not completely fabricated then grossly exaggerated) with reality," JPMorgan Chase said in a trading note.

This is a thing. Trump says something, and his people and the right-wing media do their best to shape a reality where Trump was right or made sense. Think, "alternative facts."

White House National Security Adviser John Bolton told the Wall Street Journal event on Tuesday that Chinese theft of U.S. intellectual property was among the administration's top concerns.

This should be our primary concern IMHO, and full disclosure, I'm not an expert. This is a structural issue that bleeds money via theft. China buying more or less doesn't change that and I've heard little in terms of proposals on how things can or will change. That worries me.

There are tons of allies out there who feel the same way. Trump needs to separate this issue and build a coalition. The part that sucks is that he isn't capable of doing that.

I thought “Tarrif” is a Muslim name, not a red neck name.

Chinese Government needs to come with some concession and compromise its position in the trade negotiation table because Chinese economy and manufacturers will harm more than what the US will suffer from two countries trade wars.

Just don't act surprised when there's loss of jobs due to tariffs

China is still a 'Paper Tiger' that blusters more than an L.A. Rap artist.

Chip: "What an imbicile"

Har! You mean "imbecile" ?

lostrune There are going to be some job losses due to the tariffs, but considering how many millions of jobs have been lost to unfair Chinese business practices, getting a better trade deal is going to create way more jobs, offsetting the losses.
