It's just a matter of time. The republicans fear Trump more than the voters it seems, and they stay stuck on procedures and not substance!

"Is any one of my colleagues willing to say that it is ever OK for a president of the United States of America to invite foreign interference in our elections?"

The GOP is happy about doing it if it helps them stay in power. Party before country.

Let me predict the vote. 24-17 Dems.

Lib narrative totally changed. You now get angry when we say this is helping Trump win re-election. Instead of that why don’t you just stop doing it?

No we don't.

They'd be willing to excuse Trump shooting someone on 5th street if it meant they retain power.

and you would be willing to spy on US citizens in order to illegally surveil a presidential campaign of your election rivals. And then impeach a current President for no crime committed, cause you know you cant win an election or get away with FISA abuse a second time. but you gotta have that power.

"No matter how good or bad the results of his policies may be, no president is supposed to be a dictator in the United States and when I hear colleagues of mine arguing that congress is unpopular and therefore obstruction of congress is a good thing, it shows terrible ignorance or a lack of care for our institutions, for our democracy, for our form of government, for our liberties. I, for one, will do everything I can to protect our liberties, our democracy, our free and fair elections, and the separation of powers that says congress, the president and the judiciary check each other and nobody can be a dictator."

Rep. Jerry Nadler, (D) Chairman, Judiciary Committee

Hear! Hear! Spot on, Rep. Nadler!

There are 233 dems in the house.

Last desperate attempt to turn over November 2016, the greatest 2nd Tuesday in modern history.

No.

No, we aren’t. That is not what happened no matter how many times you repeat it.

Ive learned a lot this week. I have learned about both "second and third hop" as a way to monitor anyone you want through one person. I learned what consensual recording means (hint: its not consensual) and that while spying was not found, it was likely illegal surveillance. Spying is actually better, because sometimes spying can be legal. Illegal surveillance can never be legal.

I have also learned that Dems are going to ride this impeachment horse until it kills them (and their 2020 chances). Gotta have an excuse for 2020 loss, right?

Nope. We find it hilarious that you live in an alternate universe and mourn for you.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

so you didnt spy on Carter Page? it was illegal surveillance instead?

So what was Carter Page ever charged with? Comey and Brennan knew he worked for the CIA against Russia and didnt tell anyone at FISA.

Let me give you a hint...."U.S. House committee..." is the topic of this article. How many people in this committee? Thus, score will be 24-17- Dems by a touchdown.

Fox’s Chris Wallace: Trump is ‘Engaged in the Most Direct, Sustained Assault on Freedom of the Press in Our History’ - Chris Wallace is correct.

I would just like to point out, during this historical day, that these Republicans are not clowns. They are not idiots. They are not fools, dumb or stupid. They are not on drugs, nor are they mentally ill.

They are people of bad character who choose intellectual and moral dishonesty as their way-of-being. They betray their oath of office and their country. They betray their God and their humanity.

This is the worst part about it. Repugnant.

Fox’s Chris Wallace: Trump is ‘Engaged in the Most Direct, Sustained Assault on Freedom of the Press in Our History’

And by using his bully pulpit, his own media (which he's trying to use to become state media) and getting financial backing from the globe's richest and most powerful, i.e the so called elite who want even more control over media to hide their corruption, he's succeeding by appealing to many he's called the 'poorly educated'.

his own media (which he's trying to use to become state media)

Not even just trying - the Mueller report showed how Fox "News" altered their reporting according to white house demands.

I wonder if Nadler’s kangaroo court will even allow the Republicans to vote?

Illegal surveillance = spying.

Illegal surveillance = spying.

Nope. Google can help you avoid being incorrect about the meanings of words.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Regardless the word “illegal” means it was not allowable under law.

Agreed. Good thing there was no illegality.

If someone believes Obama spied on Trump then I'd like to meet that person and take advantage of them.

Pelosi said Democratic House leaders were not pressuring any uncertain members to support the impeachment.

Riiiiiiiiiight.

Still, several Democrats in swing districts remain unsure how they will vote on impeachment

Democratic Representative Jeff Van Drew, one of two House Democrats to vote against launching the impeachment inquiry, said he would definitely vote against the articles of impeachment

How can this be? The evidence is clear - Drumpf abused his power and obstructed Congress! Pelosi said so!

Yeah, the voters had a brain fart, especially the ones in California. They're wising up as we speak.

Simple logic is this: Impeach Trump and Pence becomes president. Pence pardons Trump and makes him vice president. Pence resigns and Trump becomes president again. Trump then appoints Pence vice president and all is well again. Tee hee!

Democrat logic is this: Impeach Trump and make up a crime later on.

It’s weird how conservatives have announced Donny as their guy. Cognitive dissonance, anyone?

0 ( +1 / -1 )

And by using his bully pulpit, his own media (which he's trying to use to become state media)

don’t ever be like CNN unlike under Zucker where have to tow the liberal Trump bash line, Fox has pretty much free reign.

and getting financial backing from the globe's richest and most powerful,

CNN as well.

i.e the so called elite who want even more control over media to hide their corruption, he's succeeding by appealing to many he's called the 'poorly educated'.*

that won’t happen, the Liberals have way too much power in media, so you should be happy they can drive their socialist liberal policies and out scream any Republican or conservative
