This isn't a story. The real story is that the amount of drugs imported, produced, and consumed by the United States hasn't been reduced by a single pound since Chapo was arrested. We spend more money playing whack-a-mole with drug dealers than providing adequate treatment and recovery to drug users who actually fuel and fund the problem.
