Obama correctly stated that it would take a few years to defeat ISIS and it has played out that way. Trump said he would defeat them in 30 days and nothing changed in terms of strategy, etc.

Yeah, but he didn’t do anything, the soldiers weren’t allowed to really fire and planes were coming back daily with full payloads. Rules of Engagement were really not to engage unless specified, of course with that strategy it will take years and years to defeat any enemy.
