Wow!

I never would have guessed it.....

Ok, so will they tell us where they put his remains?

Saudis said this, then they said that, now they say this.....

They murdered the journalist and the "prince of reform" knew about it and ordered it.

That is all.

Sheesh. I had to thumb-up Bass again.

How could it be premeditated? A hit squad coming from Saudi, targeting a person they knew of inside an embassy, torturing him and removing his body. Someone critical of the Saudi royal family. Impossible it was premeditated! Probably tripped down some stairs and landed in a Turkish open sewer and was swept out to sea.

Well, the latest reversal is probably not due to the diligent investigation by Saudi, but rather, the knowledge that the CIA head has now listened to the audio of the murder.

Never thought I'd say it, but congrats to Erdogan for forcing them to confess. Trump would have let them cover it up.

Not very skilled at this cover-up business, are they?

Years of treating beheading those they don’t like as a spectator sport hasn’t honed that particular skill.

They just keep digging that hole deeper and deeper. You wonder where the bottom is.

Erdohgan: 'Riyadh punish those responsible, no matter how highly placed'

Well the "Kingdom's" definition of justice is very unique one and very different with others!

Still have this strong feeling that the Russians may have done the bugging and handed it all to Erdogan.

My other question is this audio tape. How do we know that what Gina Haspel heard (in Arabic) was not an acted out script? Either way we are all still relying on someone's translation.

I still believed, abduction gone wrong. Jamal Khashoggi was fattest man and a fat man can easily stop breathing and heart attack when he was chokehold and restrained by group of peoples. The Saudi agents may not be intended to kill Khashoggi in the Saudi Consulate but they intend to kill or torture him in somewhere else in Turkey. First the Saudi agent has to cut his throat to drain the blood fist like the Muslim slaughter animal before they cut his body parts. Otherwise, the blood will be splashing everywhere in the room. It was a gruesome murder. I have no doubt about somehow the Crown Price was involved in Khashoggi murder, but I'm not sure whether he had ordered to kill or just torture Khashoggi and released later. The Crown Prince may have ordered his men to give some lesson to Khashoggi for continuing to criticize him from exiled but they killed him. This is one of the many brutality of the Middle East kingdom and Royal family punishment for someone who against them.

I really want to hear the audio recording. and translation of the tape.

This story of first cutting off his fingers keeps cropping up.

Perhaps they wanted to teach him a lesson about naughty fingers, be careful what you write?

If you've been to Saudi Arabia you'd know on Fridays in many cities there's a place derisively called 'chop-chop square' where people alleged to have committed a crime are subjected to some form of punishment done in front of a public audience. The punishment could be caning, whipping, having a hand cut off, being shot, hanged, or decapitated. Saudi laws.
