When the withdrawal agreement, and outline terms for the future UK-EU relationship reaches Parliamentary/commons single vote, the so called meaningful vote, probably December, then this shameless masquerade will finally be play out.
The blatant duplicity and chicanery, deploying trickery and manipulation, thus a 2nd vote, preferendum, the so called peoples vote will emerge.

I'm really not sure what will happen. Either the remain deal that has been concocted will be passed through parliament by the europhiles, or it will be voted down and the second referendum will be wheeled out. Brexit isn't going to be allowed to happen. They are hoping that there won't be sufficient backlash and civil unrest to stop them doing it. However, just like they didn't expect the vote to happen in the first place, they're quite wrong. They can't see the monster they're going to create.

The UK media with the exception of the Daily Express and certain Daily Telegraph columnists seems to be making a concerted attempt to asphyxiate a clean break exit from the European Union.
May's withdrawal deal is an unworkable stinker.
I am of the opinion, destined at present to voted down in Parliament. If not then within the text is a method to extend the transition period, and the suggestion to also prolong Article 50. Sooner or later a second referendum will come into play.
