U.S., China back military air rules to avoid mishaps

Interesting announcement where the key is that the very hosting country, China, has been the very one "intimidating" all ASEAN countries from S China Sea island fortifications to air and sea encounters with Japanese fighters and ships. Really, when the "in-principle" is not explained in detail, it only adds to speculation and possible "false" sense of stability, safety and security in the area.

Masters at seemingly idealistic and sincere rhetoric but almost always contrary and self-serving actions taken by China in the past, it brings more "doubt" as to their words and intentions.
