Kerry said United States, the second-largest emitter of greenhouse gases after China, must take a lead in cutting emissions and be joined by other big emitting countries.

If the US completely eliminated CO2 emissions scientists/modelers project a 0.007% decrease in average global temperatures in 2100. The modelers project that developing nations are the threat. Kerry’s goal is to reduce the standard of living in the US. He and his family will not be affected- they are billionaires. The goal is to make the lives of future Americans worse than their parents. He thinks that it is a burden that privileged white men like him to make the West poorer. He is doing a good job.

So Francis is now a “compelling moral authority on the subject of the climate crisis”. On what level does that make sense?

All I see is the evil and corruption.
