Are we now trusting CNN?

When did this happen?

Goes to show that they’re losing patience with Biden as well

What?

When did this happen?

The beginning of the end for the Democrats! Good riddance......

Simon says, Kamala, tell the world how horrible Joe Biden has been for the last 47 years as a failed politician.

Simon says, Kamala, tell the world how wonderful Joe Biden has been for the last 47 years as a politician and would make a great commander in chief. Simon says, Win the election, the Democrats lose the election.........

Im more interested in if Biden's speech will be pre-recorded and if so, will anyone be told that.

The suspense. You could prepare an opinion for either eventuality while you wait.

She constantly changes her positions for political advantage.

Shock, horror! A calculating politician.

Trump was a Democrat before becoming a birther.

This article reads like it was written by the DNC.

Can you quote a line from the article that you feel captures this?

Perhaps it is this line that you most have a problem with:

The president, insisting without proof that mail-in voting fosters fraud,

Is there anything inaccurate here?

Trump was a Democrat before becoming a birther.

And also donated to KH's AG campaign.

because there aren't any records or rape survivors that came forward

There are numerous allegations against Trump, as well you know. It's odd how respectable non-partisan journalists should turn a blind eye to predators, don't you think?

I applaud them as well as the woman that came forward who were teenagers at the time.

Yes, it's good that some journalists came forward to voice their support for the victims.

With that in mind, don't you think there should be more support for those teens who were oggled by Trump walking into their dressing rooms?

By the way, where is Bill these days?

Dunno, I was referring to Trump. If Clinton is a serial abuser, he deserves to rot in jail. Have stated this before.

But whether history is an accurate guide is unclear.

It will be interesting to watch how the general public views virtual conventions. It's early days in this new era ushered in by the pandemic and the influences the global far right and their man Trump have had on the US.

With the virus-hit U.S. economy shedding millions of jobs

To preserve the democratic principles ensured by the US Constitution, all eligible voters, especially those smashed by the Trump economy, need to have their voting rights protected so they can have their individual say in deciding who leads the country.

Yeah the entire article kind of just glosses over what actually happened when Kamala Harris ran for President herself. claims she is "wildy popular" in the party, based on 1 poll of 1001 people that didnt even ask registered voters or likely voters but just "adults".

But in reality, she got almost no votes from her own party, dropped out before the first voting contest, and had numerous issues with her campaign staff including layoffs and harassment. It was quite a disaster. But now she is going to do all these wonderful things as part of the Biden campaign.

This article reads like it was written by the DNC.

If that's so and readers disagree with anything in the article they are able, assuming they live in a country where they have access to the internet and not in a state ruled by an authoritarian regime, to find probably hundreds of sites that reflect their political perspectives.

A free, for-profit press is critical for maintaining personal freedom. Isn't it great that many free, for-profit outlets allow individuals to publicly criticize them!

"China is not a threat", one month later, "China is a big threat" Joe Biden words, enough said.

uh oh, what happened to that historic lead?

https://edition.cnn.com/2020/08/16/politics/cnn-poll-biden-trump-august/index.html

Overall, 50% of registered voters back the Biden-Harris ticket, while 46% say they support Trump and Pence, right at the poll's margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Across 15 battleground states, the survey finds Biden has the backing of 49% of registered voters, while Trump lands at 48%.

It's embarrassing that Joe Biden is an American. what a wimpy politician.

It's embarrassing that Joe Biden is an American. what a wimpy politician

the honorable Sen. Harris

She’s far from royalty.

went full bore after Trump and all the allegations of his sexual assaults. And his close connections with Epstein.

Yeah, the close connections are not that close when you look at Bill Clinton who was documented at being on Epstein’s Island a whopping 26 times. The sad thing is because of the fact base documents even liberals can’t put this one on Trump and Harris can’t say anything about Trump when she herself made her career with the help former California assembly later became mayor of San Francisco. Don’t think for a second Trump won’t bring it up.

Or perhaps Biden may not even be the candidate after the convention. Since he's so gaffe-prone, Obama passed him over in 2016, and was very slow to endorse Ole Joe this year.

"Interestingly,  Jim Rickards recently suggested , admittedly a prognostication at best, that Biden won't even make it to The White house and will soon be replaced as the nominee soon.

Democratic insiders will probably force him out of the race in the next week or so.

*They don’t want to risk exposing him to the American people before the election. **For Democrats, the stakes are simply too high.*

*One public incident or serious slip-up is all it could take to kill his chances in the election. **The American people simply aren’t going to elect someone who they feel is mentally unfit for office.*

*Many voters obviously dislike Trump. But, *no one could credibly argue that he’s suffering from cognitive decline.

So what’s going to happen?

The Democrat power brokers (Tom Perez, Donna Brazile, Valerie Jarrett, Philippe Reins, AOC, John Podesta and a few others) will get in a room and pick a new nominee.

Biden will “release” his delegates, and party leadership will direct the super-delegates to support that choice. This will start a stampede among the former Biden delegates.

The Bernie Sanders delegates will already be onboard because they’ll be part of the consultation. Then the new nominee will pick a VP and the “convention” will tidy things up. The race will continue from there.

Alternatively, the power brokers could allow Biden to get the nomination and then remove him as nominee before the debates. That’s even easier because there are no delegates involved. It’s just an executive committee decision the candidate cannot refuse.

Still, the process will be a shock to millions of Americans who’ve been expecting a Biden candidacy.

How much of a surprise would that really be?"

Florida is already won by the Democrats, maybe you Republican, should vote in the Belarus election

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

Waiting for Senator Harris to give biden the Kavanaugh treatment over the former senators sexual assault of Tara Reade. #MeToo can’t be over already...

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

Yeah, the close connections are not that close when you look at Bill Clinton who was documented at being on Epstein’s Island a whopping 26 times.

He had a lot of media friends, too. Some of them were in the know.

Why do you think journalists who rubbed shoulders with Clinton, Trump, Epstein and the royal family fella (and were part of that circle) never said or did anything?

Do you apportion any blame on respected media types for not speaking out?

Don’t think for a second Trump won’t bring it up.

It will be ironic, seeing a self-confessed sexual predator trying to play mr. morality.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

I think Joe Biden selected the wrong person to be the vice President. His choice could hurt him in the end, as It's very obvious She doesn't agree with his policies and she wants to be the President.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Im more interested in if Biden's speech will be pre-recorded and if so, will anyone be told that.

And yes, mail in voting fosters the ability to commit fraud, on both sides.

-3 ( +8 / -11 )

Biden has already philosophical won, you Trump supporters, know how you will overcome the surge of the minority votes combine with the White voters that already support Biden, why are you wasting your time, when the election is already won by Biden, losers Republican

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Florida is already won by the Democrats, maybe you Republican,

They said the exact same thing four years ago, but also there’s this...

Florida is already won by the Democrats

Trump won't leave anyway and he will call on his people to guard the WH to prevent him from being evicted. If Trump wins then he wins (Hillary admitted defeat and didn't fight it the way Trump is). But if he loses then he will refuse to leave. If Trump people really want someone who promotes injecting Mr. Clean to treat CV then you can have the country and better stay safe in Japan where TrumpCare doesn't exist

-3 ( +4 / -7 )

The beginning of the end for the Democrats! Good riddance......

Well stay safe with TrumpCare. The solution to COVID 19 and Mr. Clean. Yes good riddance to Obamacare

-3 ( +6 / -9 )

Are we now trusting CNN?

Goes to show that they’re losing patience with Biden as well

Kamala’s views are very dangerous, Just look what she did to the beautiful state of California. She constantly changes her positions for political advantage. The media are not examining her as they should.Political correctness with be the downfall of the U.S.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Why do you think journalists who rubbed shoulders with Clinton, Trump, Epstein and the royal family fella (and were part of that circle) never said or did anything?

But the difference is, labeling Trump as having deep close ties with Epstein is a wasted attack by Democrats and they know, that's why they don't use it against him because there aren't any records or rape survivors that came forward whereas with Clinton a lot did which is the reason why all Dems are quiet on the issue, very quiet.

Do you apportion any blame on respected media types for not speaking out?

I applaud them as well as the woman that came forward who were teenagers at the time.

It will be ironic, seeing a self-confessed sexual predator trying to play mr. morality.

By the way, where is Bill these days?

"This article reads like it was written by the DNC."

That doesn't mean it was written by DNC, but that it sounds as if it could have been.

Simple reading comprehension.

-4 ( +3 / -7 )

"It is absolutely imperative that Donald Trump be defeated," Bernie Sanders, a former Biden rival and a keynote speaker on the convention's opening night, told ABC's "This Week."

Says the elderly socialist who the Democrats rejected as their candidate.

No, it's imperative that we keep Kamala Harris and Joe Biden out of the White House.

Well stay safe with TrumpCare. The solution to COVID 19 and Mr. Clean.

We don't have TrumpCare. Congress hasn't passed anything to replace ObamaCare yet.

We're not going to have Medicare For All though as Kamala is walking back from her earlier support of it.

And no matter how many times you tell that lie about Mr. Clean it doesn't make it true.

Remember folks, voting for the Democrats is like a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

140 days, 2 press conferences, that is Joe Biden, Just wait till Trump gets a hold of him.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

Kamala and her message will sink the Democrats. Bad move.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

There are numerous allegations against Trump,

Allegations, but not photographed or ticket sales or audio clips of him proposing to younger women. Clinton you do have this, even of Prince Andrew and 26 times on the Lolita Express, that has been old news about Clinton for years even before Trump came on the picture. Why would Bill fly 26 times to his island in the Bahamas knowing what that place was all about? Everyone else did.

Yes, it's good that some journalists came forward to voice their support for the victims.

I agree

With that in mind, don't you think there should be more support for those teens who were oggled by Trump walking into their dressing rooms?

Oggling women as unethical as it is, does not constitute rape, you can't charge someone for oggling someone, if you could there wouldn't be enough jails to lock up everyone that did that.

Dunno, I was referring to Trump.

But that's just not going to go anywhere and liberals know it, Bill on the other hand with all the tangible evidence, they are all quiet..hmmmm

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Or perhaps Biden may not even be the candidate after the convention. Since he's so gaffe-prone,

Anything can happen.

After Bernie speaks, the delegates may think, "we picked the wrong guy" and switch their votes to Bernie.

Or maybe the power brokers will pick Hillary.

Who knows. It's going to be interesting convention.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

just 10 hours ago, same media outlet

Biden heads into the conventions in a historically strong position

For now though, we can say Biden's doing better than any challenger heading into the major party conventions since scientific polling began.
