It's sad that American intelligence officers have to worry about their life because their president is a moron.

Remember, Trump pardoned Scooty Libby, the idiot who outed CIA agent, Valerie Plame.

8 ( +8 / -0 )

That Trump cannot be trusted with classified info of any kind is not exactly news-breaking. While the validity of this story remains unconfirmed, that it is so plausible reflects the stain with which Trump has imbued the presidency.

Trump's incompetence has a directly negative impact on American intel.

I think that's a given. What needs to be determined by American intel is whether he's beholden to any foreign states and/or global organizations, and if so which specific ones. Trump has never shown the slightest interest in anything related to the US except what he can take from it. Corrupt businessman, corrupt politician who's in way over his head and putting the US at further risk. Much to the delight of a couple 'foreign' leaders and the global alt right.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

It's a good thing they were able to extract the officer before Trump could get them killed with his loose lips.

Has there ever been a time where American intelligence had to worry for their lives due to their president's incompetence?

Hillary disposed of not 30, not 300, not 3,000, but 33,000 e-mails.

It was much more than that. But Trump failed in having her arrested (and Hillary makes Trump look like a clown because of this failure). Just like his wall failure (which ladders can be used to go over anyway). No Hillary arrest and no wall. Also, Trump can't even tell the weather straight (in Alabama). Trump edited an official weather map and lied about it.

The informant’s information was so delicate, and the need to protect the source’s identity so important, that the C.I.A. director at the time, (NOT POMPEO) John O. Brennan, kept information from the operative out of President Barack Obama’s daily brief in 2016. Instead, Mr. Brennan sent separate intelligence reports, many based on the source’s information, in special sealed envelopes to the Oval Office.

Hey CIA, any chance you can get trump out of the United States? Just asking.

And, heck, what else would you call a guy with abs riding shirtless on a horse?

Putin is a short person who wears shoe lifters. He is 170cm and is 66 years old. But Trump people think he's a hot stud. And I would understand this since the average Trump voter with Type II Diabetes has the average waist size that exceeds 45 inches. In that case I might think that Putin is hot if my appearance was like that.

No evidence? Only for those unwilling to read and accept the findings of US and many other 'western' nations' intelligence agencies.

Yeah, that's what they tell us. They never show the evidence though, do they? No.

I chose to disbelieve the WMD canard in Iraq from the very beginning.

As you should have - Bush and his cronies went to war in Iraq based on intel the intelligence agencies told them was not confirmed nor dependable. Little Bush was more interested in finishing daddy's job, than he was in accuracy.

It's weird that you choose to disbelieve the intelligence agencies for Bush 2's duplicity though. In fact, it's entirely illogical. The only reason I could see to do that is if you were more interested in supporting your party, than you were in the truth. Sounds hyper-partisan.

We are still in the world of 007.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

The current occupant of the White House is unfit to be President of the United States of America (POTUS) and is not a trustworthy individual .... period.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Where's the evidence that Putin directly interfered in the election? We got "unnamed individual" and CNN reported"...

Komrad Vlad thanks you for coming to his defence.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

@serranoWhere's the evidence that Putin directly interfered in the election?

That 'American' posters continue to trust the Kremlin and its leader (a 'stud' according to some) but not 'their' nation's intelligence agencies shows their loyalty lies with the global alt right and not 'their' nation. Just like their president.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

@serrano So no evidence.

No evidence? Only for those unwilling to read and accept the findings of US and many other 'western' nations' intelligence agencies. Choosing to disbelieve what has been found by them says a lot about those who identify with the global alt right and not 'their' country.

And, heck, what else would you call a guy with abs riding shirtless on a horse? hehe

A short man with a combover.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

rhe story was debunked so fast they couldn’t even get it posted here before it was already known to be false.

Yea, someone must have changed it with a black Sharpie....

So no evidence. And, heck, what else would you call a guy with abs riding shirtless on a horse? hehe

Trump calls him "my bro".....and "my business partner".....

All other Americans call him the enemy....

4 ( +4 / -0 )

How long will Americans allow this president to risk their operatives lives due to ineptitude? How long should American patriots have to worry about their lives, because their president can't keep his mouth shut? How much intel will America lose out on, because they have to pull their intelligence operatives due to Trump's ineptitude?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Sure, when you can't refute something, heck, just make up stuff and post it, lol.

I don't watch CNN. I don't care. Do you watch FOX News? Did FOX report on Trump's weather report in Alabama? How about the failed wall (which you can go over with a ladder)?

Yeah with a sharpie

Yes

IS going to get this guy killed

Trump's hatred for Mexicans got them killed by a Trump supporter in an El Paso Walmart.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Yeah with a sharpie, how cute. That’s so last week, please keep up with the new narratives.

Last week? Didn't you see the news today?

Trump showed a picture of the Battle of Concord in 1776 and it had British airplanes drawn in with black Sharpie....

He also showed a picture of him and Stormy but Stormy's blonde hair was colored in black with a Sharpie and someone had written "Melania" underneath it....

Geesh, keep up with the news, will ya.....

The informant was also directly linked Putin to the hacking of the Democratic National Committee, resulting in the release of a flood of embarrassing messages, the newspaper reported.

BINGO! And now we know why every intelligence agency worldwide (with the exception of the FSB) concluded Russia and Putin were behind the attack on our democracy....

According to the Times, the agent was the CIA's most valuable Russian asset. The extraction has "effectively blinded" American intelligence to the Kremlin's inner workings during the 2018 US midterm election, the Times report said, as well as the upcoming 2020 presidential election.

All because Demented Donnie was caught leaking classified info to Kisliak and Lavorov....

Hillary's few e-mails were peanuts compared to this compromise. This spy may know about the Russian oligarch loans, Trump Tower Moscow, the stolen DNC emails, and why Manafort, Gates, Sessions, Flynn, Cohen, Papadapolous, and all the other Trump associates were meeting with Russians.

Expect another deflection attempt tomorrow - some outlandish racist tweet about the Squad or Rep Cummings...

3 ( +5 / -2 )

If I was a spy deep in the Kremlin, I'd want to get the hell out of there too with this nitwit of a president blabbing away without a care or thought in the world.

Trump has been a disaster as far as U.S. national security is concerned. A real disaster.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Things are looking bad for Don Putin in Russia right now.

One has to laugh at the Kremlin warning Google not to meddle in their "elections"....

3 ( +3 / -0 )

The CIA's most important agent in Russia, withdrawn because Trump was sure to tell Putin his identity. What a world we now live in.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

@serranoYeah, that's what they tell us. They never show the evidence though, do they?

They? The US government? My apologies. I thought you were American. No wonder you're unwilling to accept the evidence provided by 'western' intelligence agencies, no wonder you're so enthralled with Putin.

Happy reading....

'They' don't read, 'they' watch youtubes, especially those sponsored by the global alt right.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

your beloved liberal media IS going to get this guy killed.

.

Trump's hatred for Mexicans got them killed by a Trump supporter in an El Paso Walmart.

Heh, his president and his media literally got multiple people murdered in cold blood, and he's criticizing the liberal media for something that hasn't happened.

And he will have a complete and utter ethical disconnect with how hypocritical that is.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Last week? Didn't you see the news today?

Hah, the right has become such a joke, and so stubborn, that all we can do is mock them and make fun of just how ridiculous they've become.

I honestly sure if the sharpie thing was real or a parody when I first saw the headline.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

So one has to wonder how much the right has sold their soul for, in supporting a president who can’t be trusted not to get his countries agents killed through ineptitude. $5? $6?

2 ( +4 / -2 )

This article should be brought to the attention of the U. S. Congress.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Guy had to leave his family in Russia? CIA couldn’t extract the family? This will make it even more difficult for CIA to get informants in Russia in the future after this report.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Yeah with a sharpie, how cute. That’s so last week, please keep up with the new narratives.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

"the informant"

This "informant can't even be bothered to come up with some fake pics.

I have to admit that fake pic of Putin riding barechested on the horse with Trump right behind him is pretty funny :D

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Btw your beloved liberal media IS going to get this guy killed. Not Trump, the media. Just can’t stop to make up Trump attack fake stories, even when it can get a guy and his family killed.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

rhe story was debunked so fast they couldn’t even get it posted here before it was already known to be false.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Who was actually killed due to ineptitude? How about the US ambassador to Libya in 2012? I don’t need made up hypotheticals of what could have happened. I have facts.

agents killed through ineptitude. $5? $6?

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

and here come the usual suspects, not even bothering to read that this didnt happen.

"According to the report by CNN chief national correspondent and former Obama administration official Jim Sciutto"

"that the C.I.A. director at the time, John O. Brennan, kept information from the operative out of President Barack Obama’s daily brief in 2016."

Brennan also conveniently works for CNN.

-8 ( +3 / -11 )

Hillary's few e-mails were peanuts compared to this compromise.

Hillary disposed of not 30, not 300, not 3,000, but 33,000 e-mails.

Where's the evidence that Putin directly interfered in the election? We got "unnamed individual" and CNN reported"...

Putin interfered less in the election than Google did, that's for sure.

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

NY Times already debunked CNN. They offered to extract the source before Trump even took office. Next.

"The decision to extract the informant was driven “in part” because of concerns that Mr. Trump and his administration had mishandled delicate intelligence, CNN reported. But former intelligence officials said there was no public evidence that Mr. Trump directly endangered the source, and other current American officials insisted that media scrutiny of the agency’s sources alone was the impetus for the extraction."

-10 ( +2 / -12 )

Yeah they had to keep the information from Obama in 2016. terrible.

-11 ( +2 / -13 )

post it anyway knowing its fake news already.

Hey CNN said this! its not true! but we are gonna tell you they said it anyway!
