Biden’s supplication to a terrorist state is bewildering. How can he be so ignorant of Iran’s hatred towards America and Jews? The only explanation is that he agrees with the Mullahs extremist views towards his own country and Israel. His admission of John Kerry into his administration clearly supports that explanation. Kerry traveled to Iran to support the undermining of US policies and he gave intelligence against Israel.

You’d better hope you get called up to testify. It looks like an open and shut case you have there.

Trump's horrific miscalculation set everyone back.

When President Donald Trump re-imposed sanctions after withdrawing from the deal in 2018, he not only put the nuclear sanctions back in but also added layers of terrorism and other sanctions on many of the same entities. In addition, the Trump administration imposed an array of new sanctions on previously unsanctioned entities.

And did those actions achieve the intended result of containing Iran's nuclear program? Nope. Quite the opposite.

Just a reminder that Iran IS in compliance with the terms of the JCPOA. Just as those terms would have allowed the US to legally impose the sort of 'sanctions' and remain in compliance if the IAEA and even Trump hadn't certified Iran to be in complete compliance, they allowed Iran to 'snapback' to the terms of the General Safeguards of the NNPT if the US and EU3 weren't to be in complete compliance. The US never reached complete compliance, and Trump (And Biden) forced the EU3 to choose between remaining in compliance or appeasing the US.

They chose appeasement.

Of course, no matter how often this inconvenient truth is called to the attention of the editors, they prefer not to bother you with the truth.

Trump's horrific miscalculation set everyone back.

Not Trump, the Iranians were never going to abide by any sanctions long term. Obama bought that line.

Since 2006, the United States and European Union have been the biggest supporters of sanctions against the Iranian regime and have passed numerous bills to impose ever harsher sanctions. Through their leadership, many international shipping agencies, traders, bankers and global insurance companies have pulled their dealings with Iran.

Unfortunately, though, these moves have so far done little to deter Iran from its nuclear ambitions. Already in December 2008, then-Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hassan Qashqavi's said that “Iran will never suspend uranium enrichment,” blatantly calling out the sanctions regime as either ineffectual or lacking teeth. In June 2013, newly-elected President Hassan Rouhani - who once led Iran's nuclear negotiating team to agree to a suspension of the program in 2003 - reiterated Qashqavi's sentiment when he said that the "era [of suspending enrichment] is behind us."

Well, it never did, none of it. Even Obama’s magical powers couldn’t and wouldn’t not to mention the fact he never even involved Congress when he made this “treaty.” because he knew it would never have passed Congress.

Iran was actually abiding by the rules of the treaty, and by withdrawing from it, the Trump administration proved to the whole world that America actually couldn't be trusted to keep its own word. Iran won big time on that one.

Bass, the agreement allowed for enrichment, just at a much reduced rate. My guess is that your article was designed for people who didn't know that.

And the next Republican president will "Rollback" all the agreements and treaties signed by the Biden administration! What a nice country!

Under the 45 regime, the US went back on the deal. Time to prove to Iran that it is not the great satan of old.

In other words, they want to return to Obamas misguided and dangerous policies. Next, maybe another planeload of unmarked cash for the mullahs?
