Trump has a frequent habit of using "very" in places where it is not necessary.

In places with little rule of law, these actions are necessary. Seems strange to rescue a citizen who doesn't live on US soil. I would prioritize differently.
How many Islamic State laders were killed? There needs to be a cost for lawlessness. That is the only language IS understands.

In Japan it costs over $10000 to be rescued by a helicopter when lost in the mountain hiking.
