No big deal. It's not like this guy is responsible for allowing an unmitigated stream of untested migrants to flow across the border in the millions...or that his administration requires testing mandates for all the Federal law enforcement still left along the largely unguarded border...but still resists imposing this "inconvenience" upon those very same non-citizen migrants...
Oh wait. He is responsible for allowing millions of untested migrants to flow across our borders, and the Biden Admin does resist any attempts to require testing as a prerequisite for coming into our country...Well, in that case, I'd surmise that according to this secretary, getting, having or spreading COVID is still really no big deal. (Unless you're an unvaxxed CITIZEN...THEN we got problems!)

Again, and for the record, I am for vaccines, it’s just not for me. Again, it’s clear now.
oh ok then you must realise that Biden won the election and there is no evidence that'll convince a judge otherwise

Well said. And I'll add the media and some members of society to the list of vaxx bullies.
Only take it if you personally think you need it.

Such disrespect, disdain, and anger at Fauci, when he is just saying what Trump has been saying since last year - "the vaccine is safe, and it works"....
Biden, Fauci, and Trump are all saying the same thing....get vaccinated...
Robert F. Kennedy and you both are saying the vaccine doesn't work and is dangerous...
It's clear which team you're on...

No, I sound like a person that is his own man and will never bow to the government of any nation when it comes to my physical well-being. I just put my trust in my personal doctor. Kudos.

You sure sound a lot like this guy....
Robert F. Kennedy Kr: "The vaccine is unsafe, and fails to protect against the virus"....
Definitely not like this guy....
Donald Trump: "It's a great vaccine - it's safe and it works"....
Easy to see who your political heroes are....

My, my....you two certainly disagree with this guy;
I would recommend it," Mr Trump said during an interview on Fox News Primetime on Tuesday. "I would recommend it to a lot of people that don't want to get it and a lot of those people voted for me, frankly." He added: **"It's a great vaccine*, it's a safe vaccine and it's something that works.
Mr Trump should be condemned for spreading lies about the vaccine saying "it's safe and it works" and urging his supporters to take it, right?

From the CDC which now tracks deaths according to vaccination status.
Um, so.... Vaccines work. The chances that an unvaccinated person will die is between 4,21 and 18.12 times higher.
Even assuming that 7k vaccinate people had died (and that number has no citation of any kind), the number does not take into account age, underlying health issues that would affect immuno-response (Colin Powell was 84 and had 2 different diseases that would have compromised his immune system), or the number as a % of the total vaccination numbers.
As of October 17th, 189,141,000 Americans were fully vaccinated. Assuming (and that is quite an assumption given a lack of citation) that the 7k number is accurate, that would translate into a death rate of 0.0037% or 37 ten thousandths of 1 percent.
On the other hand. 1 out of every 471 Americans has died of Covid (give or take a few depending on how one counts) The OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of them unvaccinated.
So, which would you find less risky? Avoiding a proven safe and effective vaccine and run a 1 in 471 risk of dying (as well as a 50% risk of long-haul effect even if you don't die).....
OR......
Take a safe and effective vaccine, reduce your risk of dying to (if you take Moderna as I did) LESS THEN 1 IN 100,000, in addition to reducing the risk to others by being less likely to be infected in the first place?
Oh gee, let me think.......
So, again, um..... Vaccines work. These attempts at disinformation are as pathetic as they are disingenuous.

Bingo!

Not to mention the fully 700k un-vaccinated that have died of Covid.
Blacklabel
Except for the (at least) 7000 fully vaccinated who have died from COVID.
this person was standing feet from a maskless Biden the other day. Who went to a maskless dinner despite there being a mask mandate at that restaurant.
bit it’s ok because the “science” says there is a 48 hr contact window. Like science would show such a convenient number and not 46.2 or 52.3 instead? It’s made up, obviously.

Vaccines teach your immune system what the virus looks like. After the virus gets into you, your body is more effectively able to identify it and kick its ass. You have the disease for less long, suffer a worse case, and are less likely to pass it on.
It doesn't create a magical bubble shield that floats invisibly around your body, deflecting incoming virus pellets.

One supposes that he could have behaved like Senator Lens Crafters and attended the meeting (or taken a dip in the senate pool) while awaiting the results and thus exposing others.
