Vice Premier Liu He, stated that China will not commit to reforming industrial policies or government subsidies -- two of the Trump administration's main complaints.

Please, bring back the Obama administration - even Bush 1 oe 2 - at least they had some competent negotiators who understood economics and geopolitics.
