That there is new evidence directly tying Trump to crimes that were not core duties and for which (in spite of the efforts of his toadies on SCOTUS) he has serious criminal liability is well-documented and other posters have covered admirably.

I will focus on the continued legal incompetence of his Z-list lawyers.

This is as close as a federal judge comes to saying “Geat your weak-a— political ramblings out of my court.”

Uh yes, actually. Having read the article and about a quarter of the unsealed document, we did learn quite a bit.

Trump by his own words knew there was no outcome determinative election fraud. In his own words, he said Sidney Powell's fraud claims were nonsense.

He knew he was likely to lead as in person votes were counted, and that the numbers would likely shift towards democrats as mail in ballots were counted.

He knew the election was unlikely to be determined on election night, but that didn't stop him from claiming he won.

He began laying the groundworks for denying the election results by claiming the only way he could possible lose in 2020 was if there was election fraud. This, by the way, is the same thing Trump fans are now claiming.
