So much nonsense in here, I struggle to think whether I should reply. 1) You have to have sizable visible minorities in your country to assess how the US is doing on race 2) Does SK have a defense treaty with the US and does it host tens of thousands of US troops in harms way?

No lol. Seeing Hamas defeat the Israeli border defenses with seeming ease and the use of ultralights made all kinds of conventional military leaders sit up and rethink their own defensive strategies. Seoul is awfully close to the DMZ. Consider how much larger the DPRK army is than the armed wing of Hamas, then picture them using similar tactics to breach the DMZ and attack Seoul and Inchon.
