Let's have everyone in the world to stop this war madness and stop stirring up of hatred to anybody so let's work for world peace right now shall we?

William Blum former US State Dpt official spent his life exposing USA's murderous foreign policy.
No one in thier right mind would describe Bill Blum this way. A quick wiki check will explain exactly who Mr. Blum was and why he wrote the sorts of things he wrote.
As far as Communist China and Mao. I'm fairly certain the USA alliance at the time was with the ROC, not the PROC. The world turned it's back on Taiwan, not the USA.
Bill Blum, narrow reading list always make facts seem simple.

USA soldiers die to protect the energy (oil) supply of allied nations. I hope that in my lifetime this will change. America has energy, we don't have to import it.

Soleimani was eliminated because he was effective at fighting ISIS. The US needs ISIS to justify their presence there.
JustMyThoughts
Commander Soleimani was a military target who has engaged USA troops on several occasions. The US Military eliminated him from the battle field as the USA Sovereign Embassy in Iraq was being attacked by forces that at the very least are loyal to Commander Soleimani and possible under his dirrect command.
The Commander and Chief of the USA Military was briefed by Senior Members of his Civilian and Military staff and asked to make a 'command' decision on this engagement.
As an American, I have 'ZERO' isses with these facts.
As for North Korea, it possess very little threat to the USA Military (by very little, I mean none).

A very, very narrow one sided skewed world.

Diplomatic Note from Trump to Kim;
Trump: Dear Little Rocket Man, my former lover.... It's me, the Stable Genius....
I missed your Christmas gift - where's the vase?
But to more important matters - I have US forces locked and ready to destroy 1950 locations in North Korea (1950 - get it?). This includes highly significant cultural sites like that big statue of your Dad and Grand Dad in Pyongyang...
So unless you can give me some real (or made up) dirt on Joe Biden, you may want to keep your eyes focused upward...
Let's make a deal - or a QPQ....
Looking forward to see you soon - and your wife - I really like your wife....
Trump the Imperious....

Sure, fake media, we get it: Whatever orange man does is bad. Fake media believers: How comforting it is to live in a simple world!

So like the killing of Gaddafi to NK

No, they’re busting up.
Most definitely.

DPRK has gone all silent. None of the usual exaggerated verbiosity, bluster and threat. This speaks volumes.
Unable to play their favored brinkmanship games, I think the very unpredictability of DT suddenly has them worried.

Incorrect.

I'm sure Trump didn't even think about the consequences of killing Sulemanei would have on Kim. He didn't even think what the consequences were on the Mullahs....
That's all at a higher intellectual level than someone with "the understanding of a fifth grader"...

NO! The death of Iranian general Soleimani has nothing relevant with North Korea and no consequences will happen at all! Iran has no nuclear weapons and she is naive enough to comply the scrapped 2015 nuclear agrement until the new year day of2020 even Trump has stated it clear he wont comply! Iran is dreaming she can bargain with Donald Trump over the 2015 nuclear agrreement! North Korea has own nuclear warheads since 2006 and her nuclear arsenals were combat ready although very small! North Korea iks a nuclear hedgehog that prepares for an all out war with U,S,! The North Koreans were bravely facing a big bully known as US armed forces in Pacific and they were really dedicated to fight until the last blood like a 21st century Stalingrad! North Korea is defiance and they worries nothing from Donald Trump!
bass4funk
so you think Trump should saber rattle? Please y’all make up your minds!
Yes, yes and Israel, the Saudis and the Pentagon are laughing at that statement.
Kim definitely....throw Nancy and Schiff in their as well.

BINGO!
Thanks, Donny.

Pyongyang, I'm sure, has been paying close attention to the broken deal.
It is interesting how the rocket launches continue in the DPRK and Trump is still singing Kim's praises. And yet, the Iranians were not breaking their deal and look where we are now...
Still, we must be glad of dialogue between the DPRK and the USA, even if it's fronted by two of the most deranged individuals on the planet.

Typical theorizing about what might go wrong based on no evidence. In fact NK seems almost totally disinterested in this whole incident.
