I’m just surprised that Biden and the Democrats actually thought they could push and pass this outrageous overreach of Presidential authority. It was completely unconstitutional and thank God the Supreme Court realized that we the people will decide what is best for us and our health and not the government. Biden doesn’t have a mandate. The dominoes continue to fall around the Democrats, I hope they learned from this, but I doubt it. They just refuse to listen to the majority of Americans, that will change real soon.

No, it’s because of them the people see that they’re the only ones protecting our democracy and institutions. This is the reason why Biden continues to lose on every order he tries to push onto the American people. This is why it ended up at the Supreme Court and they handed their ruling and agreed with the majority of Americans that had deep concerns about this intrusion on our civil liberties, has less to do with Trump and more with people saying the government doesn’t own me.

I really and sincerely think at this point and time that the Russian thing is just overplayed and outdated and just not working at this point for the left. The Dems need a new plan.

Just skimmed through the Supreme Court decision. The reasoning for overturning the OSHA mandate was sound. The 6 Justices who voted to overturn the mandate argued that OSHA clearly lacked that authority to impose such a sweeping mandate and that Congress would need to authorize such a power (noting that Congress actually voted AGAINST authorizing it).

The 3 dissenting Justices argue that OSHA (and the Executive Branch in general) should be able to essentially create any rule desired just as long as it can be framed as benefiting the public. This interpretation seems like it would create a clear path to an authoritarian state.

I think it’s time to start considering a Biden resignation. He illegally forced people to get a vaccine under threat of losing their employment. Some were already fired, what about them?

Doesn't really matter what or how you try and disseminate the ruling, the Supreme Court said, NO to Biden that he is not the supreme leader and Lord of the nation and he cannot force any presidential authoritative move like this, it’s complete government overreach and the people won today and democracy is upheld.

It's a matter of common sense. If I weren't retired i'd refuse to risk my life in such a dangerous scenario. If the large businesses do not enforce vaxx mandates on their own, I hope there will be some major strikes and walkouts. CoVid is a serious issue here, the Almighty Dollar can wait.

The dollar and Covid are not unrelated. People die from a destroyed economy too. And the magical mRNA shot does NOT prevent infection, so the argument for forcing them for greater good is out of the window.
