But the Kim Regime continues to brainwash their people and military that the United States is hell bent on starting a war against them. Openly boasting of pursuing ICBM capability to nuke the United States is not very nice and eventually the American public will fully back a response to this never ending provocation.

I don't mind if they're just rattling their sabers, but what worries a lot of people is whether a cash strapped N. Korea would sell nukes to anybody with enough money to buy one.
