Was thinking a lot about this. Obviously any military presence by the dictator cabal of China and Russia needs to be opposed with a heavy hand. Other than that, though, we really need to play the long game and win more friends or at least neutral countries, such as they are.

I don’t know how many times I have heard this.

As if investments were possible there. In fact, it will always turn out as one-sided humanitarian aid or a temporary economic help with an outcome of losses.

Unless you’re China, you invest in building infrastructure, get a foothold, setting up military bases, flood it with your people, take all of its natural resources and then leave, that seems to be the strategic plan now.

Her message seems like threatening African countries. The Africans knew what you done to Gaddafi and Libya !

@bass4 The Africans knew the history of what Europeans and white Americans has done to their ancestors and through slave trading.

The Chinese Communists were not charity, they are quite mean people but they were not "White" and they never do mass abduction of African people such crimes. Did the president of U.S. ever apologize for abusing Africans? NO!

the US actually sanctioning Uganda because they have different cultural values and pushing them towards China is all you need to know. the rest is just political theater.

I feel bad for the children pushed to welcome someone who has harmed them directly or indirectly!

The USA is NOT a dependable “friend”.

The US will throw money at Africa, but its already lost to China.

In December, ahead of a U.S.-Africa summit, the U.S. committed $55 billion to the continent over the next three years.

only that for the entire continent over 3 years?

Other individual countries get double that per year.

I have 0 problem sanctioning countries that want to lock people up for being LGBT.

Also, let's not forget that US envangelicals have spent the last few decades plowing millions into Africa to promote anti-LGBT propaganda. Not unlike they do in the US.

Uganda introduces new anti-LGBT laws where people can be imprisoned for life.

The so called "Info Pacific Strategy" promoted by US & her lackeys was about Africa. The West were jealous of China gaining an upper hand in exploring the resources of Africa, they afraid if China could monopoly the trading and everything from that continent leaving the West behind in dust. The West want to cut off the shipping lines from Africa to China. A conspiracy malicious enough not to speak out of their true attempt!

The Africans knew the history of what Europeans and white Americans has done to their ancestors and through slave trading.

They also know that a lot of their ancestors profited richly off those slave trades by selling their own people to the Europeans.

The Chinese Communists were not charity, they are quite mean people but they were not "White"

and yet, they’re still raping the nation of their national and natural resources for minerals such as lithium and cobalt, hundreds of people die a year to obtain these minerals and as more Chinese migrate to Africa more people will die as a result of the demand for these minerals

and they never do mass abduction of African people such crimes.

No, they’re doing mass migration and sending their own people to overtake that continent

Did the president of U.S. ever apologize for abusing Africans? NO!

Uhh, the US didn’t start the slave trade, they learned all of it from the Europeans, particularly the Portuguese and Spanish, if anything, they need to apologize.
