I'd much rather have cat ladies than a weird vet who distorts the record of another vet for political gain. Vets should stick together, whatever their politics are. Vance needs to sit on the sofa and think about his position. He is an embarrassment even to a lot of Republicans.

Anybody who disagrees with him is anti-child?” Buttigieg countered in a news show appearance. “He seems incapable of talking about a vision for this country in terms of lifting people up. ... It’s always about disparagement.”

Pete is a smart cookie and his teardowns of the 'personalities' on Fox News when he appears there are fantastic.

Together with Walz 'weird' labeling this is a good tack to take against MAGA.

They have nothing besides immigrant demonizing, red baiting, childish insults and don't forget the big tax cuts and corporate welfare for the rich.

Walz should go head on against "suckers and losers" Trump at every rally. No fuss no muss.

Big Dad Energy Walz served more years in the military, than Vance had been alive when Vance quit the military.

Vance is weird and weak.

Trump recently suggested that presidents “should have at least a say” on monetary policy set by the Federal Reserve. He did not offer specific proposals.

nope. Especially not someone as craven and as stupid as Trump.

No wonder Harris is now more Trusted on the economy than default Don.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Called Trump “political heroin” and “American Hitler” were those also “off the cuff”?

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Vance also in the past has suggested giving extra votes for people with children.

“It's not a policy proposal. It's a thought experiment, right?”

”It’s not a “gang”. It’s a “club”, lol.

“Scandalous behavior,” said Vance, a military veteran.

Indeed! Lying about and misrepresenting the service of a guy who served 6 times longer, and entire enlistment beyond retirement, is “scandalous” and despicable, especially from another veteran who should know better.

Trump recently suggested that presidents “should have at least a say” on monetary policy set by the Federal Reserve.

The fact that he even suggested this exposes his incompetence to anyone with the knowledge to understand why this isn't currently the case, or the intelligence to go figure it out.

This is as stupid as injecting bleach to kill covid.

Vance also in the past has suggested giving extra votes for people with children.

Can't be having crazy cat ladies voting, can we...

6 ( +7 / -1 )

The Ohio senator, in a series of taped interviews, said there was merit to Trump’s suggestion that presidents have more control of U.S. monetary policy and kept up the GOP line that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democrats' vice presidential candidate, had exaggerated his military record.

That’s a terrible idea and one that any other GOP would oppose.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Give a President power over monetary policy? Look how well that has worked for Turkiye.

Pete is a smart cookie and his teardowns of the 'personalities' on Fox News when he appears there are fantastic.

Pete Buttigieg has this uncanny ability to get right to the heart of a matter with the simplest and most direct language without being snide or insulting, raising his voice or showing any kind of animosity in the process.

This guy should question the judgement of his wife, for marrying him,he offer a woman nothing personally, emotionally and spiritually

The economy of the country operates independently of politics. Both parties are subordinate to the US economy, each side attempting to take credit when it's good and blaming the other when it's not. Only the most uneducated and gullible of voters support a Presidential candidate because "the economy was good" under their watch.

The very idea of the Executive branch having any say in running the national monetary policy could only come from someone who thinks you can nuke hurricanes. That Trump is advancing a recipe for national disaster by politicizing the US economy and Vance supports it is undeniable evidence that this toxic pair is unfit to lead the country.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Politicians of both sides in Australia have a public position to advocate for monetary policy decisions .

That's the input they have.

They dont have the right to dictate monetary policy decisions.

An independent board does that.

Similar to the independence of the Judiciary.

Pollies can bang on about "crime levels out of control ", or about individual crimes , even offenders, BUT they cant tell a Judicial figure how to sentence or rule.

“Who is this guy, really? Do we really expect that the guy who has an Indian wife and named their kid Vivek is going to support white identity?” Fuentes said of Vance last month.

When asked on CBS News’s “Face the Nation” about the comments, Vance said they “don’t have any room in the MAGA movement.”

Too bad his boss didn’t get the memo.

Hate to tell you this “JV”, but guys like Fuentes ARE the MAGA movement.

JD should change his initials to CB - "Crash and Burn"....

Vance dodged when asked about his position on an upcoming Florida referendum that would repeal Republican-passed abortion restrictions and ensure more access to abortion services.

And there it is - as clear as day - ask Trump and Vance what their position is on abortion and they DODGE...

So after FLIPPING on their "never surrender" pledge on the sanctity of life, they now won't say of they'll support a 6 week abortion ban that DeSoros implemented...

What do you think of that evangelical Christians - isn't your No. 1 issue "protecting the unborn"?

Trump and Vance won't even protect them for 6 week and have said they'd support "killing babies" until the 15th week....

With every speech, they are telling you they could car less for the unborn...

They betrayed you - and their Christian values...they're "sinners"....

JD should change his initials to CB - "Crash and Burn"....

Seeing how he’s changed his legal name THREE TIMES and is now on his 4th name, it’s not out of the question.

“Trump recently suggested that presidents “should have at least a say” on monetary policy set by the Federal Reserve.”

Yeah, let the 6 time bankrupt failure go for lucky 7. Sounds legit.

“He did not offer specific proposals.”

What a surprise. Here’s a ‘thought experiment’; think about the damage this pair of clowns would do.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

This guy had five daddies,no wonder why he confused

Pete is a smart cookie and his teardowns of the 'personalities' on Fox News when he appears there are fantastic.

Yeah, that never happened. Not sure what you're watching. LOL

Together with Walz 'weird' labeling this is a good tack to take against MAGA.

A Marxist and Socialist, great combo, worked out so well in California, well, the entire West Coast actually....

They have nothing besides immigrant demonizing,

With valid reason, 10 million illegals seems a good enough reason.

red baiting, childish insults

The Dems as well.

and don't forget the big tax cuts and corporate welfare for the rich.

They should name me one poor person who can create jobs. Go ahead, I'll let you dangle a bit before the donkey smack, go ahead, I'll wait.

“Trump recently suggested that presidents “should have at least a say” on monetary policy set by the Federal Reserve.”

Yeah, let the 6 time bankrupt failure go for lucky 7. Sounds legit.

Well, yes, so if anyone would know he would definitely be that guy.

“He did not offer specific proposals.”

That's what the debates are for.

What a surprise. Here’s a ‘thought experiment’; think about the damage this pair of clowns would do.

Rebuild everything from the damage that the Dems mucked up.

-11 ( +0 / -11 )

With valid reason, 10 million illegals seems a good enough reason.

You know there were over 12 million illegals living in the US under GW Bush, right?

This number consistently decreased for over a decade but started to increase again in 2019. Who was President then?

2 ( +3 / -1 )

*Vance dodged when asked about his position on an upcoming Florida referendum that would repeal Republican-passed abortion restrictions and ensure more access to abortion services.*

So let's see if any of our MAGA-friends have any more guts and courage than JD...

Do YOU support DeSantis's 6 week abortion ban? Do you prefer it to Trump's 15 week ban?

If you believe life begins at conception, aren't both bans still "killing babies"?

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Vance hails Trump's Fed idea and pushes back against criticism over past words on American families

"American families"....

The far-rightists sure don't think JD has an "American family"....

They have called his Indian-born and Hindu-religion wife and children all sorts of vile, racist names - real gutter and cesspool stuff....

So you'd think JD would get a little angry at that - maybe use his Sunday show interview to push-back and call -out these disgusting far-right racists...

Nope....he prefers to push lies and disparage Walz's service rather than stand up for his wife and family...

JD needs to change his initials to NB - No Backbone...

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Vance also in the past has suggested giving extra votes for people with children.

“It's not a policy proposal. It's a thought experiment, right?”

Trump has his own “thought experiments” , including:

—shooting shopllifters on sight

—the death penalty for drug dealers

—constructing a border moat filled with crocodiles

—nuking the inside of hurricanes

—scrapping parts of the Constitution that interfere with his wishes

—declassifying top secret documents just by thinking about it

—ending wars within 24 hours with a single phone call

—pulling out of NATO

—repainting Air Force One (with super heavy paint) to fit His Lordship’s garish taste

—filling 60,000-seat venues with hundreds of thousands of fans

—having a bigger crowd that MLK

Need I continue? The guy is bonkers.

This is a really stupid idea. The fed is independent from elected government for very good reasons. Erasing the independence of the fed is a great way to wreck the economy in the long run for short term gain.

Oh, I forgot the “thought experiment” where “asylum seekers” are mental patients from asylums.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

He should take a lesson from jr and Eric; no matter how far he bends over, Trump’s never going to love him.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Oh, I forgot the “thought experiment” where “asylum seekers” are mental patients from asylums

The stable genius is too stupid to realize that they’re different things.

Well look at this - or maybe don't - it's pretty sick....

"An image of JD Vance allegedly dressed as a woman and wearing a blonde wig was posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday. The unconfirmed image quickly picked up steam and began trending under the hashtag #SofaLoren, a reference to the iconic Italian actress Sophia Loren and false claims that the Republican senator had sex with a couch.

A spokesperson for the Republican vice presidential pick did not deny the photo’s authenticity when approached by the Daily Beast, and did not offer any further comment.

The source who surfaced the alleged photo, Travis Whitfill, says the picture was taken by a fellow Yale classmate in 2012, when Vance was attending law school at the university. Whitfill then sent it to podcast host Matt Bernstein, who posted it to X."

Good 'ole JD, channeling his inner George Santos...

Couch love, cat hate - can it get any worse for this guy? I'm sure it will....

SHADY PRANCE is the new George Devolder Santos with even more names!

Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan questioned the wisdom of such a major change. “I think if you look around the world’s economies and you see where Fed central banks are independent and operate freely,” he said, “they tend to fare better than the ones that don’t.”

Does Brian Moynihan draw bigger crowds than JD or Trump?

Answer, no.

Ergo, JD and Trump know more about economics than ANYONE in history.

You know there were over 12 million illegals living in the US under GW Bush, right?

The border wasn't as open, most people were detained or sent back and the vast majority of illegals are what we call DACA recipients from the Reagan era when Tipper promised that if Reagan granted amnesty for the 3 million that were in they would shut down the border they didn't. this current so-called admin during a time of war with enemies all around us allowed 10 million unvetted illegals to come in, now if Harris wants to run on the border, I beg her to do it.

This number consistently decreased for over a decade but started to increase again in 2019. Who was the President then?

Nice try as always though

The stable genius is too stupid to realize that they’re different things.

I think you mean, the Democrats.

Trump has his own “thought experiments” , including:

—shooting shopllifters on sight

What is the problem with that? If you own a store, you have every right to protect your livelihood.

—the death penalty for drug dealers

I agree.

—constructing a border moat filled with crocodiles

Technically, a room for thought....

—nuking the inside of hurricanes

—scrapping parts of the Constitution that interfere with his wishes

The Dems did now the left are panicking??? Why now?

—declassifying top secret documents just by thinking about it

VP and Senators keeping Presidential classified documents and now the left seem concerned? Ooookay....

—ending wars within 24 hours with a single phone call

—pulling out of NATO

So what is the problem with that?

—filling 60,000-seat venues with hundreds of thousands of fans

excluding the people outside of the venue and the tents they put up to accommodate the masses, very true.

—having a bigger crowd that MLK

Theoretically, yes.

Need I continue? The guy is bonkers.

How?

Isn't it ironic that Trump said in 2016 that Mexico wasn't sending their "best", "They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists"....

Yet here we are in 2024 and look who has been adjudged of sexual assault and has to pay $85 million, and a 34 felony convicted criminal...

MAGA Schadenfreude...

He was right.

Yeah, the Dems tried and tried and failed miserably, not sure what that has to do with Mexico, but this is just typical Lincoln regurgitating the same worn diatribes, moving right along
