Vehicle collision with Russians injures 4 U.S. troops in Syria

I have read many posts on this site saying Trump had pulled US forces out of Syria. Why are US forces still there.

Trump did get our troops out of Syria,

US soldiers have taken control of Syrian oil fields and through the Kurds are stealing it while Syrian citizens suffer devastating fuel shortages. USA blockades Syria collectively punishing all Syrians.

the Russians should of arrested the Americans for illegal entry into a sovereign nation, supporting terrorism and illegal arms dealing.

One official said the incident happened deep inside the eastern Syria deconfliction zone, where Russian troops generally should not be present.

If Russia made a deal with the US, and if in that deal Russia shouldn't be in that area, then that's on Russia
