Great. So when’s the vote Dems?

-6 ( +4 / -10 )

This gem gave me a few good laughs given it wasn't just at Biden's urging:

So a prosecutor gets replaced at Biden insistence for looking into Biden son company. As the next prosecutor dont you just realize what the “correct answer” is and just do that?

This one was also good:

It literally said nothing all the liberal people here said it would say. Repeatedly presumed! Eight times! Oh my god! (But fake news as we knew it would be)

How is a whistleblower going to change what we read, they weren’t even on the call.

>

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Let's not forget this classic from a Trumpophile:

Don’t all people kicked out of the military for using cocaine get $50,000 per month board of director jobs in the energy sector with no experience?

-1 ( +5 / -6 )

Even before he was elected, the Democrats said from day one to resist and never work with this President Congressman Green even admitted, they need to impeach this President because he could win re-election. So no surprise here.

-7 ( +3 / -10 )

For the history books, get the Republican senators' sworn statements as to why they support lying, corruption, foreign involvement in U.S. elections and cover ups.

Trump & Co. may win the battle by not being impeached in the end, but you (as in the GOP) are all going to lose the war in 2020.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

President Trump is doing a fine job protecting American citizens.

He is sure to be re-elected!

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

he gets my vote. He could do much worse and still get my vote

the alternative...i cant even imagine it

-6 ( +3 / -9 )

I am neither anxious nor wary. Here's why:

If a President, any President, did what the whistleblower says Trump did, that President not merely should be impeached.

That President must be impeached.

All else is commentary.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Democrats are going ahead with impeachment, despite the political risks. That shows they have at least some moral integrity and are willing to take a hit for the sake of their country.

In the long run the Republican party is going to be known as the party that supported a crook. Worse than Nixon by far.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

Hopefully this national nightmare that started on 20 Jan 2017 will soon be over. The Russian asset, elected with the help of Putin and those weak of mind, will be held accountable for all his crimes and corruption. The sewer that is Trump-world will be brought forth for all to see...

And the Grand Old Party - what will become of it? As long as Repubs continue to act as co-conspirators in Donnie's crime empire, they'll take the party down with them.

Moscow Mitch, Leningrand Lindsey, Dimwit Devon, all standing at the rails of the Titanic, as it starts to capsize.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

I don't like Trump about 80% of the time.

Impeachment is stupid.

Stop wasting time. Get on with the people's business.

immigration reform.

term limits.

gun reform.

climate change.

economy.

containing China.

energy policy.

police brutality/shootings.

Pro-Impeachment Democrats are so crazed as to have lost their minds. It isn't a good look. Someone needs to have a brain and tackle the things that can be done.

STOP WASTING TIME.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Pro-Impeachment Democrats are so crazed as to have lost their minds. It isn't a good look. Someone needs to have a brain and tackle the things that can be done.

It's a question of ethics vs. politics. Ethically, impeaching Trump is a necessity. He has entirely disrespected and denigrated the office of the presidency. If the ethics laws and impeachment process weren't created for this exact situation, then what exactly are they for?

Will that lead to the Democrats losing? Possibly. That's a sad fact. But sometimes doing the right thing is painful.

Republicans like you, who have lost your party, who don't have a proper party to represent them, should put forward a 3rd party candidate you can feel good about voting for. It would allow you to support the ethics of impeaching Trump, who very clearly has earned an impeachment, while not having to vote democrat. And if there are enough of you (I hope there are), it can siphon votes away from Trump. It means you can hurt him, without having to vote for a party that goes against your interests.

And wouldn't it be great if a new, sane republican party could be born out of it for future elections. The current Republican party sold it's soul, is devoid of ethics, and is pushing extremist right policy. Any sane right-winger should be as appalled at behaviors of the extremists on the right, as I, a left-winger, am with the extremists on the left.

Let's get rid of the extremists. Let's start ignoring them, and begin a sane conversation.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

The voters will turn on the crazed Democrat leadership in droves.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

The voters will turn on the crazed Democrat leadership in droves.

Maybe. Do you think the Democrats should drop ethics and instead focus on political power instead?

4 ( +5 / -1 )

The transcript is available for anyone to read. What's plain as day when you read it is it's not what they said it is. The call wasn't even about the aid money, and it was never mentioned. Biden was only mentioned in passing. Trump didn't even bring up Guiliani.

You got lied to. Again.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

I thought the same thing. Then I re-read it.

7 ( +7 / -0 )

The voters will turn on the crazed Democrat leadership in droves.

Just like in 2018, right?

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Oh there is no vote because Congress is going on a 2 week vacation. Again.

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

@Strangerland

Do you think the Democrats should drop ethics and instead focus on political power instead?

This is exactly what they have done.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Even before he was elected, the Democrats said from day one to resist and never work with this President Congressman Green even admitted, they need to impeach this President because he could win re-election. So no surprise here.

And no substance in the above statement.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Even before he was elected, the Democrats said from day one to resist and never work with this President

But Republicans!

John Boehner, the likely speaker if Republicans take the House, offering his plans for Obama’s agenda: “We're going to do everything — and I mean everything we can do — to kill it, stop it, slow it down, whatever we can.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell summed up his plan to National Journal: “The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”

Obama frequently reminds voters he believes all the delay in Washington this year is the Republicans’ fault.

“So I hope that my friends on the other side of the aisle are going to change their minds going forward, because putting the American people back to work, boosting our small businesses, rebuilding the economic security of the middle class, these are big national challenges. And we’ve all got a stake in solving them. And it’s not going to be enough just to play politics. You can’t just focus on the next election. You’ve got to focus on the next generation,” Obama said a recent event in Rhode Island.

@Strangerland

Will that lead to the Democrats losing? Possibly. That's a sad fact. But sometimes doing the right thing is painful.

If they lose, it will be because they lost swing working class voters who are seeing more than ever that the Dems, rather than being glad at their improved lot under Trump, are determined to bring down the one who is helping them, in order to gain power. That is a sad fact.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

It would seem to me that you're saying if a president is able to create a good economy, they should be above the law when impeaching them would be too much of a political hit.

Is that correct? If not, can you clarify where I've misunderstood?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

If 'high crimes and misdemeanors' have been done then please impeach. The phone call will not constitute 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. The public, including large portions of Dem voters are against impeachment.

Dems are further alienating even those who might vote for them. Unbelievable.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Its gonna be amusing, the Democrats have right after being proved wrong on Russia Collusion are now pushing the Ukraine conspiracy. It wont make it past the Senate, all its gonna do is push more people to vote for Trump in 2020.

Check out Tucker Carlson, its hilarious.

You clearly don't understand the meaning of conspiracy.

Uh, perhaps you've missed it today but Trump has already admitted in the transcript to colluding with Ukraine - which adds to the claim he previously colluded with Russia...

It wont make it past the Senate, all its gonna do is push more people to vote for Trump in 2020.

Doubt that - he'll be impeached by then....better get your old Romney/Ryan banners out...

Check out Tucker Carlson, its hilarious.

I have always found Carlson hilarious - Hannity too. In fact, those two plus Ingraham remind me of the Three Stooges - only dumber and not as funny...

Just like in 2018, right?

From the looks of it, probably. Everything else for the Dems failed so far, so there’s not a lot they can really do. They complain all they want, but they really don’t have anyone that can beat Trump at this point, so the only thing they can really do is try and hobble him. Good luck with that.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

From the looks of it, probably.

You do remember that the Dems took control of the House in 2018, correct? The same year that you claimed to live in California and to have left it in 2001.

Everything else for the Dems failed so far, so there’s not a lot they can really do. They complain all they want, but they really don’t have anyone that can beat Trump at this point, so the only thing they can really do is try and hobble him. Good luck with that.

At the rate Donny is going, the Dems don't have to beat him because he's doing it himself.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

You do remember that the Dems took control of the House in 2018, correct?

Yes and I also remember them losing the House in 2010 and then the Senate in 2014 You also have 21 Dems that won in States Trump carried and you have a bunch that are really nervous about next year and with good reason, so I want the Dems to get as nutty as they can, helps Trump in the end.

At the rate Donny is going, the Dems don't have to beat him because he's doing it himself.

How? Biden can’t beat him and Liz will get crushed, just on her policies alone is enough to drive people to vote for Trump, I want her to be the nominee because if she loses, that’s the last will hear from her, she’s out of the race, Bernie will be too old and Biden...well, he won’t be the nominee, so either way he’ll be out. But hey, there’s 2024 maybe Harris or Booker could try, get out now and save yourselves for 2024.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

Yes and I also remember them losing the House in 2010 and then the Senate in 2014 You also have 21 Dems that won in States Trump carried

Glad you correctly remember this. Now, if we can just get you to remember where you live.

and you have a bunch that are really nervous about next year and with good reason, so I want the Dems to get as nutty as they can, helps Trump in the end.

Keep telling yourself this if it helps you sleep at night, but know Donny isn't bothering to help himself by keeping his mouth shut.

How?

By continuing to run his mouth and degrade the institutions that underpin our democratic republic whilst causing the economy to turn downward through his "easily winnable" trade wars. The only people that will vote for Donny again are hyperpartisan morons that get their information from Fox "News" and can't remember where they live.

I'm amazed that you can still be bothered to read this stuff, let alone reply to it. I see nothing in the pro-Trump comments here that merit any more than a downvote or a one or two line response.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Simon- Appreciate being called out on wasting my time. I reckon it's the nudge I need to improve myself. Thanks!

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Errr.... unless you have been living under a rock, or restricting your information to CNN, you would know that the transcript has been released and it shows that it was Biden who did the things that the democrat activists and media accuse Trump of doing.

Errr.... unless you're looking at a copy of the transcript that has altered in black Sharpie, it clearly shows Donnie asking for a "favor".....

*"I would like you to do us a favor. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation in Ukraine ... There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that. So whatever you can do with the attorney general would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it ... it sounds horrible to me."*

Abuse of authority - conspiring with a foreign government to influence an election. Even Judge Nap on Fox News thinks so.

Donnie is sunk. I can hear all the Trumpers in six months from now after Trump is impeached chanting "Pence/Graham 2020 - MAFT - Make American Forget Trump!"

Of course, that's if Pence can avoid being a co-conspirator in the cover-up...

4 ( +4 / -0 )

impeachment

Yeah, let's impeach Trump. I mean, who cares about things like wages hit post recession high, jobless claims lowest since 1969, the U.S. is energy independent, historic criminal justice reform, border wall construction underway, signed student debt forgiveness plan for disabled veterans, changed rules of engagement for fighting ISIS resulting in their caliphate being decimated, historic tax reform, USMCA trade deal, new trade deal with Japan, historic diplomacy with North Korea, fewer Americans on food stamps, created commission on opioid addiction...

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Glad you correctly remember this.

Appreciate that.

Keep telling yourself this if it helps you sleep at night, but know Donny isn't bothering to help himself by keeping his mouth shut.

I don’t have to tell myself anything really, the Dems don’t have a chance especially now they really killed it, but let’s see if they can pull the trigger on this impeachment declaration.

By continuing to run his mouth and degrade the institutions that underpin our democratic republic whilst causing the economy to turn downward through his "easily winnable" trade wars. The only people that will vote for Donny again are hyperpartisan morons that get their information from Fox "News" and can't remember where they live

Not nearly as bad as the Democrats with their liberal media surrogates and their corrupt cops to usurp and bend the law to unseat a duly elected President. I’ll say this, Democrats are dumb, really! They will one day in 4 years probably retake the WH and everything they’ve done, every sly, slick and Weasley act they perpetrated could easily come back to them. Revenge is served best cold. Democrats need to stop thinking they’re the only one that can or have the right to twist the system to their will.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Thanks Obama for implementing policies that saved our economy from republicans.

The first 3 years, but not the last 5 years.

Sorry children of those who serve, no new schools for you because Donny wants a walk that does nothing to affect the flow of undocumented immigrants or drugs that mainly pass through ports of entry.

Thank goodness for the wall that the Democrats tried to stop in vain.

Yeah, because the rich need a little more at the expense of the middle class!

Darn Hollywood and those Silicon Valley liberals.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Not nearly as bad as the Democrats with their liberal media surrogates and their corrupt cops to usurp and bend the law to unseat a duly elected President. I’ll say this, Democrats are dumb, really!

Well, none of them are so dumb as to confess in a transcript to conspiring with a foreign government to influence an election...while at the same time making an amatuerish attempt to cover it up...

I guess Donnie's Sharpie must have been out of ink - I would have thought he would have changed that....

2 ( +3 / -1 )

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

I'm so waiting to hear Trump and Putin's conversations that were also moved onto the classified server as a cover-up....maybe we can finally find out about that dirty penthouse deal in Trump Tower Moscow that Cohen was arranging...

Isn't it interesting that it is tapes and a cover-up that brought down both Nixon and Trump...

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Trump is so dumb, he listened to Giuliani when he said; "go ahead and release the transcript with your confession - it won't cause a problem..."

It hasn’t or at least, it won’t do anything significant. That’s pretty smart.

After 40 FBI agents, 19 angry Hillary Democrat lawyers and a bunch of crooked cops, there’s nothing.

Isn't it interesting that it is tapes and a cover-up that brought down both Nixon and Trump...

Biden and Hunter holding each other now.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

From the looks of it, probably.

So, you admit that the American voters sided with the Democrats in 2018 since the voters decided to put them in control of the House as well as a large number of state legislatures.

Everything else for the Dems failed so far . . .

Nope, but keep trying to push that false narrative.

. . . so there’s not a lot they can really do.

Except for actually following their Constitutional duty of oversight and investigation--which is more than I can say for their spineless Republican counterparts who have chosen to abdicate their oversight roles and turn a blind eye to Trump's many crimes since they would rather put party before country.

They complain all they want,

They are not complaining but are actually doing what they were elected to do--oversight on this lawless president and his corrupt administration.

. . . but they really don’t have anyone that can beat Trump at this point,

Except for the polls which show the top four Democratic candidates beating Trump if the election were held today.

. . . so the only thing they can really do is try and hobble him.

No, Trump has done that to himself, and he will continue to do so until he is finally thrown out of office.

. . . Good luck with that.

Advice which is more appropriate for your camp.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

After 40 FBI agents, 19 angry Hillary Democrat lawyers and a bunch of crooked cops, there’s nothing.

The only "nothing" here is your false accusations--which have been debunked many times over. Continuing to post them won't make them true no matter now many times you try.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

So, you admit that the American voters sided with the Democrats in 2018 since the voters decided to put them in control of the House as well as a large number of state legislatures.

Which McConnell is correcting, thank God.

Nope, but keep trying to push that false narrative.

How is that false, Biden won’t be the nominee and Liz Warren can’t beat Trump.

Except for actually following their Constitutional duty of oversight and investigation--which is more than I can say for their spineless Republican counterparts who have chosen to abdicate their oversight roles and turn a blind eye to Trump's many crimes since they would rather put party before country.

What crime, no felonies or convictions, nice try.

They are not complaining but are actually doing what they were elected to do--oversight on this lawless president and his corrupt administration.

To launch an impeachment inquiry without a shred of evidence....odd, so now we can just indict someone because we don’t like them, gotcha.

Except for the polls which show the top four Democratic candidates beating Trump if the election were held today.

Yeah, they said the same about Hillary. Lol

No, Trump has done that to himself, and he will continue to do so until he is finally thrown out of office.

2024 you guys can do whatever you want.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Donny is about to feast on the banquet of consequences. Eventually the lies and deceit catch up with even the most skillful conman.

Republicans need to sober up and ditch this traitor.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

The only "nothing" here is your false accusations--which have been debunked many times over. Continuing to post them won't make them true no matter now many times you try.

Then if there were something, Trump would have been indicted, and he wasn’t and isn’t, so the only debunked thing in all this is the Russian hoax story.

That does not explain the drop in unemployment rate in 2012 @ 8.3% to 2016 @ 4.9%.In 2009 @ 7.8% to 2016 @ 4.9%

But nothing under 3% so what’s your point?

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Same for Trump. Figure for August is 3.7%.

Let us also remember, Obama wasn’t for the regulation, he wasn’t for tax cuts, he wasn’t lowering the corporate tax rate, he wasn’t for incentives, he wasn’t for and Blue Collar workers

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Clinton was impeached. What did that accomplish? Nothing.

Voting for a 3rd party candidate has happened - remember Ross Perot? That got slick Willie elected, twice. Republicans have learned 2 hard lessons.

At this point, the left is showing great talking points to be used against them in the general election. Thanks for that.

Sadly, they haven't learned the lessons that Reps learned. This will be expensive, not just for the Democrats, but for the entire US and world.

Being "right" will cost them the election. That will be the cost with this line of action. They are repeating history.

Clinton was not impeached. He was not found guilty.

Trump, by the facts, is guilty of many things. Whether this shakedown of Ukraine is sufficient to qualify as a high crime or misdemeanor to be found guilty will depend upon how many Republican Senators vote with their consciences rather than their partisan membership cards.

As it is, the House should use deliberate care and caution to establish an evidentiary record that is itself unimpeachable.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Clinton was not impeached.

Yes, he was. Impeachment is like an indictment, nothing more. This is a total waste of time.

It doesn't matter if he is guilty or not. After the House impeaches him, then the Senate will sit for the trial and find him not guilty.

Total waste of time.

Use any web search tool you like and visit any semi-reputable news site you like - Clinton was impeached.

Crucifixion of Trump by degenerate Pelosi/Schiff Gang reminds me of the novel Billy Budd, Sailor.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Which McConnell is correcting, thank God.

You do realize you are praising Murder Mitch for thwarting the will of the people as expressed through the democratic process that gave the House to Dems, correct?

How is that false, Biden won’t be the nominee and Liz Warren can’t beat Trump.

Here you are making predictions again. You said Donny was a member of the lunatic fringe and that Carson would be the nominee. Of course, after Donny won (with the help of Putin and the ignorance of conservatives), you became a sycophant of Donny.

What crime, no felonies or convictions, nice try.

This is not how it is determined whether a crime occurred. Nice try indeed.

To launch an impeachment inquiry without a shred of evidence....

You have zero clue whether there is evidence.

odd, so now we can just indict someone because we don’t like them, gotcha.

You giys sure tried with Hillary, so I don't understand why you are complaining now.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Let us also remember, Obama wasn’t for the regulation, he wasn’t for tax cuts, he wasn’t lowering the corporate tax rate, he wasn’t for incentives, he wasn’t for and Blue Collar workers

Completely irrelevant to you being incorrect about the unemployment figures. This was a blatant deflection even for you.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Mitch won't even allow a trial

Pretty certain that after impeachment, there isn't any choice. There will be a trial.

Chief Justice Roberts will preside over the trial with the Senate as jury. 2/3rds of them have to find Trump guilty, which won't happen, so he will be acquitted.

The process is well understood.

Simon- Appreciate being called out on wasting my time. I reckon it's the nudge I need to improve myself. Thanks!

Don't get me wrong - I think they're spot on personally, but totally wasted on the sort of "conservatives" who comment here. They would insist that 1 + 1 = 6 if that's what Trump said.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Pretty certain that after impeachment, there isn't any choice

This is actually undecided. McConnell could bring a vote to delay the trial.

The process is well understood.

While I understand your thinking here, I would caution that the process for not minating and confirming judges/justices was well understood until McConnell decided to not schedule hearings or a vote for Garaland.

Moscow Mitch won't even allow a trial, just like he isn't allowing any legislation. Republicans are as worthless as reproductive organs Ina priest.

But even if he would, it would blow back in their face and onto Biden. Either way, the Dems have nothing, if they really want to go down that road and impeach the President on a possible alleged wrongdoing according to the Democrats, just go for it. But unless they impeach, they can subpoena witnesses but it doesn’t do much for them.

While I understand your thinking here, I would caution that the process for not minating and confirming judges/justices was well understood until McConnell decided to not schedule hearings or a vote for Garaland.

McConnell is brilliant, he’s feverishly stacking the lower courts with conservatives at an amazing rate over 140 Judges and still confirming more and with already two appointed SC Justices we just have to see how RBG fairs and if she will give Trump another vacancy and when we have in the future a Democrat President then it’ll be much harder for him, her to pass legislation that could be deemed as disastrous. Packing the courts with conservatives all over the country helps Republicans in the long run as well as the country. Dems are so focused on Trump they really don’t realize McConnell’s strategy.

Biden and Hunter holding each other now.

Republicans and tapes - get's them every time they try a cover-up...

Because the world is always black and white - you know like Roberts punting on Obamacare and Kavanaugh voting with the Liberals on his first case...

Trumpers have nothing left - nothing except shouting Biden and everyone knows that's baseless...

Donnie is sunk - the Trump Titanic is half way down and sinking fast...

Evie Burt has long thought Donald Trump deserved to be impeached, even before the allegations that the president tried to squeeze a foreign leader for damaging information about a political opponent. But that doesn't mean Burt, a 23-year-old independent in this wealthy Philadelphia suburb, is pleased with Democrats' accelerated push to accomplish that.

What about climate change and gun control, she said as she walked into a grocery store and bemoaned the "media circus" on the horizon. "The whole process of it takes away from important issues."

The Democrats have finally created total Congressional gridlock. And the voters won't like it.

Elected Democrats must think this is the only way they can prevent the Justice Dept. from completing their investigation of the investigators who began harassing, and attacking Trump, three years ago, with their Trump-Russia debacle.

Chip StarToday 07:12 am JSTPretty certain that after impeachment, there isn't any choice

This is actually undecided. McConnell could bring a vote to delay the trial.

No. If the U.S. House votes in favor of holding a trial during the impeachment, the U.S. Senate must hold a trial. A trial that will not find for the removal of President Trump. That's the best part of this whole dog and pony show being staged by the Democrats. Regardless of how many claims, fantasies, stories, and rants the elected Democrats, and their pet news media outlets, push on the public, President Trump remains in office. Democrat and Hillary-worshipping heads will explode. What's this? All of this sturm und drang and Trump remains in the Whitehouse? That's not what we marched for! The Democrats have lied to us AGAIN. The Democrats have lied to us for 4 years. Down with the Democrats.

Chip Star - You have zero clue whether there is evidence.

Pelosi gave the go ahead for the usual suspects to sniff around for impeachable evidence before the whistleblowers evidence was released. Democrats don't care if there is any evidence. They're hoping the spectacle alone will convince the voters that socialism, firearm confiscations, and impossibly high taxes are the wave of the future.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Don't get me wrong - I think they're spot on personally, but totally wasted on the sort of "conservatives" who comment here. They would insist that 1 + 1 = 6 if that's what Trump said.

Didn't take it in any way beyond it being a waste of time and energy.

Where did you get your law degree? Which area of practice is your specialty? I guess I'll take your word over the analysis provided by experts in the links I provided.

Okay, but this doesn't change the fact that the other poster has zero idea whether there is evidence. Sweet critical discourse skillz.

Funny how the mainstream media is ignoring the Biden corruption.

Dream on, lincolnman.

Funny how the mainstream media is ignoring the Biden corruption.

That's because it's a total non-story. But it seems to be the only one that Trump apologists have got as they keep going on about it. Do let us know though, if you hear anything about any actual investigations, court cases or charges. Then people might start paying attention.

To the shortsighted Americans and others, out there, imagining somehow that President Trump is influencing other countries, by asking for a ‘favor’ is impeachable behavior- think again!

Please be reminded that the US has thousands of military bases worldwide with which it can influence other countries!

President Trump is in the record as attempting to reduce military involvement in other countries.

He should be receiving accolades, not feeble criticisms and calls for impeachment!

You don't think asking a foreign government for dirt on a rival candidate to win an election is impeachable?

President Trump is in the record as attempting to reduce military involvement in other countries.

I would be impressed if he were succeeding.

He should be receiving accolades, not feeble criticisms and calls for impeachment!

Why? He's a criminal. Would you let a top employee continue working for you if he was convicted of an offence?

Republicans are as worthless as reproductive organs Ina priest.

replace Republicans with Democrats and I would agree 100% Scummy Cummings, Nadler, Pelosi, Biden, the whole lot, absolutely useless bunch. Whens the last any of them got a trade deal done with Japan? Oh, they invited and gave Chinese and Japanese companies tax free subsidies to their states for years? Thats called damage, not deals.

Counting on the Repubs to close ranks, and save us all from these wicked sick and useless Dems

Anxious and wary, voters buckle up for impeachment ride

A ride down a dead end road that ends in a steep drop into a pit swirling emotional angst.

Boy Dem leaders are so dumb.

I stopped taking this post seriously after that.

Whens the last any of them got a trade deal done with Japan?

As that's so impressive. Shinzo Abe is desperate to do anything Trump says.

I can't believe there are people in this thread that support Trump, and yet actually expect what they are saying to be taken seriously.

Um, treason. Trump.

Ok, so we should think again because...

President Trump is in the record as attempting to reduce military involvement in other countries.

Two paragraphs that don't contain any reason about why we should think again, or why we should take that assurance over a point-by-point mapping of Trump's comments, and how they violated the constitution.

Hmm, I'll go with you. I've thought again. You're right, Trump is innocent. I think the constitution is just wrong.

Strangerland - I can't believe there are people in this thread that support Trump, and yet actually expect what they are saying to be taken seriously.

That's only fair. Conservatives and Republicans haven't been taking any of the standard Democrat blathering seriously in years. The biggest problem Democrats seem to have is their inability to convince non-believers that their way is the only way. And the name-calling, of course.

The voters are getting tired, and wary, of the claims that have been made by Democrats since Democrats first began their attempts to overturn the last Presidential election. "Resist", and "Impeachment" have been the Democrats goals ever since they were startled to learn that they had been lying to each other about Hillary's pre-ordained move into the Whitehouse.
