Everyone's a cowboy in too many places in the U.S. Makes for fewer tourists, though, and maybe that's what they want.

So if you don`t leave a tip you get shot?

If only that were true.

And firecrackers are also legal in Colorado, right...

If only we could get rid of idiotic mentality like this. Happy Fourth of July. Hopefully, no shootings will take place.

I prefer Hooters to Shooters. ;-)

This would make for a great inclusion in an episode of South Park.

I suppose diners will have second thoughts about not tipping.

Welcome to shooters where our staff will blow you away with their service

These people should be institutionalized.

Why all the opposition. It is legal and nobody is forced to work there or dine there. Let the community support or lack of dictate the business decision.

Some people have a very romantic relationship with their guns.

I’m not so sure about that. At least the part about “everyone’s a cowboy”.

The fact of the matter is that firearm tourism is big business in many popular American tourist destinations. The State that I live in is ice blue politically and has some of the strictest gun laws in the US; at the same time it enjoys a very lucrative firearm tourism industry catering primarily to visitors from Japan. There are private shooting facilities all over the US that do a brisk business in renting guns to foreign tourists and giving them a safe and comfortable place to experience something that is restricted or denied to them in their home countries.

Given the publicity that “Shooters” and the town of Rifle have received; I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they both have become a place to go for many Asian and European tourists visiting the US.

@Kuya 808, Many people like to shoot guns as you suggest. A novelty or not it is a fact. These girls live in cowboy country. And the town is pro-gun and fed-up with the anti-gun media. They look like your average citizens. Call them what you wish but perfectly legal. The customers will decide if it is acceptable or not.

Here is a photo of 4 gals in guns;

If only more waitresses were of this caliber...

And it's quite possibly the least likely to get robbed as well.
