bass4funkFeb. 26 09:25 am JSTSo when will Dirtbag Donald and Prince Andrew be joining this club?

Don’t forget to add Clinton to the list, but to be fair to Trump and Andrew What evidence do we have that something Allegedly occurred?

Clinton's womanizing was well known before he got elected. He doesn't push his way on other women, he only goes for the ones who are stupid enough to say "Yes" to him. There's a big difference between a big dumb gigolo and an immature arrogant raping sex offender. Big difference. And Clinton never chased teenagers, except maybe when he was one himself.

he is connected to Obamas, Clintons and Oprah.

But he won't get any pardon from them. A douche like Weinstein would only get sympathy and a pardon from we all know whom.

(Points). Another one down

Still no answer. Guess there was no evidence besides "he said, she said." WITCH

Why would such a handsome, good looking and wealthy man, capable of being a model need to rape women to get his jollies off?

Good sarcasm. That’s the worst part about his monstrous behavior. He is super rich and has a lot of power and influence. Truth be told there are plenty of super attractive women who find these aspects way more important than looks. Anna Nicole Smith comes to mind.

There is absolutely no reason other than a competitive desire to dominate for him to go to such lengths to ‘conquer’ these actresses. His sexual desires are the source of his behavior. His power and accolades feed into his elitist sense of entitlement. He used his well publicized support of women’s issues to deflect and in the process gained the support of very influential women such as Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama.

Bill Clinton was similarly successful in using his support of abortion and other women’s issues to deflect attention from his predatory behavior. In fact, I remember there was a female journalist who offered to sexually satisfy the President herself to keep him out of trouble so he could protect the political causes she felt were important.

@toasted, why didn’t you say Bill Clinton and his mate Jeffrey Epstein?

And why do you want to avoid Trump’s close friendship with Epstein?

Dr maybe:

Thank you for your response. So was there no physical evidence? Google just shows news of conviction without going into list of evidence (rpe kits, cameras, third party witnesses, etc). Dont care if you want to downvote, I just want an answer. Thank you.

He wont go to prison for long.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Not the higher charges but the lesser charges (only "lesser" in a sense as comparison to the higher charges) are still very serious charges, carrying up to 25 years in prison (at his age, pretty much a death sentence) and being registered as a sex offender

Weinstein's fate should serve as a salutary warning to all those women-abusing famous and wealthy men who share Trump's belief that if you've got enough money and power, you can grab 'em by the p****.

@juminRhee

I wonder what the evidence was besides the "he said, she said."

It was "he said, dozens of women said" actually. Another trial to come in LA. Throw away the key.

Fighto!Today 07:46 am JSTEnjoy prison, rapist scum. Sell off every asset he owns and donate the money to womens charities.

Hopefully Hollywood sees more Weinstein-like vermin flushed out now.

Toasted HereticToday 02:22 pm JSTwonder if any of his celebrity friends will tweet about him? Nah just pretend they never knew him.

Bit like Trump and his mate, Jeffrey Epstein, come to think of it...

Harvey tried to dust off Uma Thurman in a jeep accident. The video is there.

Harvey Weinstein

Bill Cosby

Jeffrey Epstein - dead in jail

R Kelly - soon to be convicted

So when will Dirtbag Donald and Prince Andrew be joining this club?

Tired of looking at this guy. Lock him up and get his face off the news.

The internet is forever:

Michell Obama Gushes Over Harvey Weinstein At The White House:

"I want to start by thanking Harvey Weinstein. He is a wonderful human being. A good friend. Just a powerhouse."

He already claiming high blood pressure and heart problems on his ride to prison.

The fact that anyone is surprised that this kind of behavior is rife in movies and music is baffling.  Whole parts of those industries have a central message of attractive people and debauched behavior and all.

The casting couch has been a thing since forever.

Does that make it right?  No.  But that is a feature of the industries and until those change old pervs (as well as young ones) will continue to thrive.

As for Weinstein, he is already in hospital and will use the medical as well as the legal system to stay out of jail for some considerable time longer.

And I think that putting such untrue and heinous words in a person's mouth should be met with swift but temporary punishment.

Uh-oh, are you suggesting that my free speech be taken away?

I probably care more about ending rape than you do.

When you say that rapists shouldn't be investigated, you don't. When you describe rape as evolution at work, you don't.

Hollywood big boys finally having to face the music.

Formerly actresses like Marilyn Monroe had to simply grin and bear it...and actually it wasn't just the actresses, apparently- https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-5046339/Marilyn-Monroe-told-Rock-Hudson-sleep-way-top.html

He and Cosby deserve every bit of prison time they get.

Your willingness to use "best guess" estimates to convict an individual man also speaks volumes

who said anything about guessing? These are researched studies, one of which was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the highest level of law enforcement in the nation. These numbers aren’t simply pulled willy-nilly from the aether, much as you seem to wish they were. While false accusations do exist in a non-zero amount, to act as if the likelihood of you getting falsely accused is somehow statistically as likely as a woman actually telling the truth is absurd on the face of it and not borne out by the numbers. Stats don’t care about your feelings. Perhaps I ought to have phrased it different, so here goes.

According to a study conducted by the FBI, 92% of rape accusations turn out to be true.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

I've heard similar numbers about false rape claims. It just doesn't happen as much as some people lead on.

4 ( +6 / -2 )

What #Metoo needs to do is stop digging into the past for men to pillory on hearsay

I'm willing to bet he was convicted on more than 'hearsay'. Clearly, the prosecution was able to prove its case on those charges.

Remember, a number of studies puts the percentage of false accusations of rape/sexual assault at between 2% and 10%. The FBI puts the number at roughly 8%. Keep in mind, that's false accusations. False convictions would be decidedly less than even those small percentages.

Men fear being falsely accused of rape and thus sympathize with the accused. Women fear being raped and not being believed. I'll leave you to intuit which fear is more justified.

Finally, a news story that doesn't shock me. Just nod and thought "Yep, good.. makes sense.".

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Well, at least the minimum he’ll get is 5 years, so prison is definitely waiting for him.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

I wonder what the evidence was besides the "he said, she said." Was there physical evidence? Evidence of coercision?

-8 ( +3 / -11 )

I guess his team's novel defense of 'have him dodder about with a zimmer frame' didn't pay the dividends they were hoping. Good riddances.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Lock him up for the rest of his life.

14 ( +14 / -0 )

The defendant, who attended the trial hunched over a walker, was shielded from view by police officers.

Harvey is the epitome of the word, "repulsive." His stupid walker is deceiving nobody.

Again, this was a huge fail by the mainstream media. First, NBC refused to investigate him because he was a prominent supporter of Hillary Clinton. And then, the media declined to highlight the weaknesses in the prosecution’s case and why it resulted in his conviction on the lesser charges.
