Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack was in Indianapolis to greet the arrival of the first shipment in Indianapolis.

Seriously? This is baby formula.

about 1.5 million 8-ounce bottles of the three formulas, which are hypoallergenic for children with cow’s milk protein allergy, are expected to arrive this week.

this won’t even cover New York City. But hey more is coming as early as this week. Not as late as, but as early as.

This biden administration blamed the baby formula shortage on others ( what's new? ) and literally did nothing about it to alleviate the then oncoming negative situation and now has to import baby formula from overseas after giving American baby formula to illegal migrants while American children are now being hospitalized because of complications because of the lack of baby formula which this current administration knew about and on top of that spends 40 billion dollars on a war of their creation.

And yet people will defend this by finger pointing.

Creating tragic events, and then turning around to play heroic deed upon a single instance, will never suffice to cover, or deny the extent of the damage already sustained.

Europe saving the Third world..

Thanks Europe..

”"The crisis follows the closure of the nation's largest domestic manufacturing plant in Michigan in February due to safety issues."'

Food shortages are the worst of all.

What ever happened to Multi sourcing!?? the military does it and so does many other manufacturers, the FDA needs to secure multi suppliers so people or ( KIDS ) don't go hungry, LOL

The conspiracy theorists are having a hay day with the baby formula being delivered by the military and vaccines and everything else

So, Europe doesn't need them? Isn't Europe suffering enough because of USA foreign policies?

I dont know why we even have a President right now if they arent accountable for anything at all that happens.

It sure was different 2016-2020, wasnt it?

Only took 6 months for the White House to rouse itself from slumber and vaguely tackle this problem. By getting enough formula for half the babies in one city to eat for one day. Good work there Joe.

There is something vaguely dystopian about seeing planes full of emergency supplies and baby formula coming TO the United States instead of being sent FROM the United States. Unbelievable..

1 month- 2 to 4 ounces, six to eight times a day

2 months- 5 to 6 ounces, five to six times a day

3 to 5 months, 6 to 7 ounces, five to six times a day

1.5 million 8 ounce bottles is what.... a .couple days supply at best?

thanks a lot. Biden administration, you were really on top of this one.

It was worse. There were shortages from 2019 into 2020 for all sorts of products, including medicine and food, toilet paper being the most famous. Trump's reaction was a public appeal for Americans not to shop so much, and zero accountability.

Brick-and-mortar retailers nationwide saw unstocked shelves and empty warehouses. Amazon reported a lack of certain household items. Some retailers imposed food shopping quotas, including on eggs, boxed pasta and canned soup. Hand sanitizer and surgical masks quickly disappeared.

Some people have short memories, or perhaps distorted memories.

You inadvertently proved my point. The President was criticized and held accountable for it in the media 2016- 2020. Per your link, thanks for the share to bolster my comment.

this President, same thing happens? Totally not his fault/ nothing he could have done (supposedly). Zero accountability for anything.

So your point is Trump and Biden both screwed up but Trump got a worse time from the media for it?

That wasn’t your original point.

You were complaining about the screw up itself and quoted from the rightwing media to support your point.

I was under the impression that Europe was prideful of being globalists. As liberals keep saying, we are all in this together, or what were the words, "pay your fair share."
