Good news, and a lot more assistance to come. Best to just go home, Russia. Let’s end this.

Using GPS and back bearing, you locate any artillery and Google map

Hasn't made any real difference yet .. still waiting for those "game changers".

-4 ( +9 / -13 )

Mr K - what would that look like to you?

-1 ( +8 / -9 )

Like North Vietnam all over again, except this time the tables have turned and the U.S. is the one giving assistance to the victim under attack.

According to reports, the Russians are having a hard time finding volunteers. Can you blame them? Who'd want to confront a very angry Ukrainian rightfully defending his homeland with his life, while you're probably getting less than minimum wage from the Russian government. Who wants to give their life for less than minimum wage in support for a big war crime?

If the foolish American government keeps this up it will be a nuclear war

-8 ( +8 / -16 )

More of our money wasted, going down the drain.

I knew this old fool would get us in another war.

If the foolish American government keeps this up it will be a nuclear war

Naw, nobody wants that. We just want Russia to get out of Ukraine.

Who has been supplying weapons and providing troops to these "East Ukraine conscripts" for the last several years? There is probably a reason why they have several times more weapons and ammunition than Ukraine does.

$40 billion in super advanced NATO weapons vs. 17 year-old conscripts from East Ukraine.

The East Ukrainians are relentless and seem unstoppable.

It's impossible to change the game against people who are fighting for their own homeland.

Biden administration officials have tried to publicly discourage Iran from moving forward with the transfer.

Wow. Such forecful and strong language from this so-called administration.

Iran, China and Russia are laughing at us with our 'urging' and woke military.

Not to mention those tiger-like sanctions.

The only person who is being laughed at is you.

With GPS coordinates, you can deny adversaries sanctuary,by shrinking the battlefield, cut off troop movement and supplies, why do Russian watse missile on these hole in the wall cities, and concentrate on Kiev

Ukrainian forces have used U.S.-made rocket launchers and tactical drones to destroy dozens of Russian targets and hold at bay Russia’s larger and more heavily equipped forces.

The picture I see say otherwise. The western media are untrustworthy as well. It is so difficult to believe any side to this conflict that could have been averted if not of the egos of Biden, Nato and Putin. I see all the killings, distruction and sufferings of the people of Ukriane and wonder what have happened If Biden and Nato hadn't taken the hard stance of underlooking and not negotiating with Putin, it was like Putin had to accept what he was told and shut up and Putin saying I am tough and I will show you I am not going to be dictated upon. The hardball Biden and Nato were playing is nothing but a bluff. Just pity the people of Ukriane for ending up being the victims of the clash of egos.

DrLucifer - do you would just have Ukraine give up without fighting? Interesting approach, but not the one favored by Ukraine.

White House announces $270 mil military package for Ukraine:

US can keep throwing aids to Ukraine to no avail.

A $40 billion military fund would never be enough to push the war on.

US has to fork out at least 10 times more to keep Ukraine in continual military conflict with Russia..

US can keep throwing aids to Ukraine to no avail.

Preventing more of their country from being taken over by Russia is not “to no avail”.

-3 ( +4 / -7 )

HIMARS, 12 sent, 4 destroyed. One unit costs over $5million. One volley of shots costs $100,000. Where does all this money come from?

-4 ( +5 / -9 )

Rodney, you may have fallen victim to Russian disinformation on the HIMARS. Do you have a (non-Russian) source we can take a look at?

0 ( +5 / -5 )

They breaking them up into millions now, knowing that most people can’t keep track of how many times and how much to keep a 54 trillion running total.

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

The latest tranche brings the total U.S. security assistance committed to Ukraine by the Biden administration to $8.2 billion, and is being paid for through $40 billion in economic and security aid f or Ukraine approved. by Congress in May.

Or you could just read the article?

Well larrY that is because the Russians have very poor leadership using disjointed tactics that are 70 year old Soviet battle strategies.

US has to fork out at least 10 times more to keep Ukraine in continual military conflict with Russia..

and where do you think all those Russian missiles come from theyre not free, Intelligence from a number of countries show Russia is getting low on ordinance and theyre even resorting to use older model cruise missiles instead of rockets

2 ( +6 / -4 )

If the foolish American government keeps this up it will be a nuclear war

and all Russia has to do is leave, but Finland and Sweden will still join NATO

4 ( +8 / -4 )

Russia is more stubborn than the USA and less likely to go home.

USA keeps challenging Russia and it's not achieving anything but more troubles.

-4 ( +4 / -8 )

US has to fork out at least 10 times more to keep Ukraine in continual military conflict with Russia..

Russia is keeping the Ukraine in continual military conflict with Russia. The US is helping the Ukraine resist a hostile Russian takeover. How anyone can see anything else is pitiful.

I see all the killings, distruction and sufferings of the people of Ukriane and wonder what have happened If Biden and Nato hadn't taken the hard stance of underlooking and not negotiating with Putin,

Putin was not interested in anything other than acquiring Ukraine and making it Russian. Everything else was smokescreen from Putin to achieve his objective of expanding Russian territory.

it was like Putin had to accept what he was told and shut up and Putin saying I am tough and I will show you I am not going to be dictated upon.

Nobody dictated anything to Putin, or even tried to. Putin dictated to everyone else. Putin has no say in NATO, in who joins NATO, what other nations do internally. The simple fact is nobody threatened Russia. Nobody is interested in invading Russia. Nobody invades powerful nuclear armed nations, EVER!

Believing Russian propaganda and excuses for how it is destroying a sovereign nation for the purpose of territorial expansion is priceless. This is not Europe's fault. This is not NATO's fault. This is not the fault of the US and it certainly is not Ukraine's fault. Every single death since 2014 is Russia's fault alone. More specifically it is Putin's fault. Anyone supporting Russia is supporting Putin's lies and his war crimes. Anyone supporting Russian war crimes is despicable. Please understand Russia is run by one of the most evil people of the past 100 years, directly and solely responsible for the death of hundreds of thousands of people.

The Russians have about punched themselves out for very little advantage.

The last page has yet to be written, but if I were a betting person, and I am not (nor would I be so cease as to wager moment on war and death), I’d bet on the people fighting for their homeland and against the gasoline stand pretending to be a country, with exploding tanks and a midget with a Napoleon complex for a leader.

Having the West as one’s arms supplier doesn’t hurt either.

Russia is more stubborn than the USA and less likely to go home.

Well, their advance does seem to have stalled. Just how much further do you see them going? Do you see them taking Odessa, Kharkiv, or even Mikolaiv? I don't. A few weeks ago, I thought that taking Sloviansk was a foregone conclusion, but at the rate they are going, it will take them months, if they even do so at all.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Russia is more stubborn than the USA and less likely to go home.

Right, just like in Afghanistan.

2 ( +6 / -4 )

Kyo wa heiwa dayo ne

Russia is more stubborn than the USA and less likely to go home.

Unfortunately, unless they declare war in Russia and get call up conscripts (which would be very unpopular), they don't have the manpower to achieve much more in Ukraine.

4 ( +6 / -2 )

USA keeps challenging Russia and it's not achieving anything but more troubles.

No, it is Russia challenging the US and Europe and achieving enmity and war crimes. Everyone is reacting to Russian aggression.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

I'm beginning to think that's the idea, stall, make it last as long as it can, do as much damage as it can to benefit US/Western arms dealers and finally Russia will get their hands on all that money/weapon

lol, that Putin is a tricky fellow. Always thinking 10 moves ahead. Wait, you're serious.
