Send them to the ICC. An ad hoc court is far too expensive, as we have found out through experience (the ICTR and ICTY). The ICC was established by the Treaty of Rome for this exact purpose. Time to take Burma to The Hague. Let's start with the Nobel Prize winning State Commissioner Aung San Suu Kyi who did nothing to stop this. She must be the first to go.

And I hope Aung San Suu Kyi will finally lose her Nobel prize. She proved enough that she doesn't deserve it.
