No preconditions, okay. It wastes a bit of time, but if it gets the parties to the table, great.

I support the President on this 1000%. I just don't think he's the right man for the job since he doesn't accomplish anything on the world stage.

To be fair, there are not a lot of options overall. Essentially, the tools for dealing with foreign nations are negotiation, tariffs, sanctions, and war (information, cyber, military). Trump is using the tools of the game, the problem is he's not very good at it.

If this were Game of Thrones, Trump is Joffrey.

The main problem is the Chinese Government's unfair forced technology transfer law for the foreign investors. First, the Chinese Government side, has agreed to withdraw forced technology Transfer law, but later meeting, the Chinese side retracted and the law will stay.
