Speeding research into drugs and vaccines. Evidence of human-to-human spread outside China. Across mainland China, there were a total of 24,363 coronavirus infection. Nearly 230 cases have been reported in some 27 countries and regions outside mainland China. Singapore - one of the worst hit countries outside China in the 2003 outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) - has reported 28 cases of the new coronavirus.

Stocks ended higher Wednesday, pushing the S&P 500 back to levels it had reached before the coronavirus scare.

Yesterday was an article stating racism against China, well the above and below are not fake news, but actual real world issues arising out of China. There is no mention of racism towards the Chinese people themselves other than countries taking normal precautions in order to be responsible for its well being of its own citizens. Citizens from other countries are taking steps to protect themselves nothing more, nothing less.

In addition per the below economically, by the global world putting all its apples in 1 basket brings reality and more "white collar crime" called aka "INVESTORS" trouble for the rest of the common people. Follow the money to see who is profiting the most. The old bring the markets down, then buy is very much alive, and there is the proof to prove it as shortages due to globalism start taking place and people wonder how can China buy and spend so much, will YOU the global world have made it that way while we the PEOPLE suffer: a. Hyundai Motor will suspend production in South Korea because of a disruption to the supply of parts, it said, becoming the first major carmaker to do so outside of China. b. Beijing has criticized as an overreaction U.S. travel curbs that bar foreign nationals who have visited China. b. global vendors including Apple, aims to gradually restart factories in China c. German sportswear company Adidas said it was temporarily shutting a "considerable" number of its stores in China. Only to name a few. This is why I buy local products made and manufactured where I live to support that economy not a country whose government not its people preach "peace" while massively building and encroaching on its neighbors militarily when there is no need to.

I wish that were true, but there have been cases of Chinese "looking" people being discriminated against in Europe, Italy and Germany. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-51370822

I'm going out of my way to get more Chinese food from my local restaurant owned by a nice Chinese family from Taiwan. They've had no physical interactions with anyone from the mainland, so why should their business be hurt? Not much, but if two orders of twice cooked pork can help them, why not?

Logically, the only concern I can understand is people coming from China especially those directly from Wuhan. Showing prejudice against Chinese who haven't traveled from China after the outbreak is complete nonsense. The CCP is to blame first and foremost by allowing people to travel from the region to other countries when they probably knew about it before hand. One of my friends returned from her home in the Philippines and it was reported that it was a Chinese national that had returned straight from Wuhan and died due to virus.
