Zelenski going where the midget thug feared to tread.

Why would mini-me be afraid to visit some place he just proclaimed to be “eternally Russian”? Why didn’t he take a well-televised trip to buckbup the troops and maybe shoot some “spies” on camera for good measure?

Could it be the eggs that would surly be thrown at him? The baboshikas slapping him across the face yelling “shame”? Maybe he just doesn’t want to mix with the un-washed?

Oh, I forgot; it’s because he is a coward and a sociopath.

Two of the MANY reasons why Russia is going to lose this “special military operation”: poor leadership and a lie for a cause.

From playing a President on TV to actually being the President leading a country fighting for its life. This guy is somebody you want in your house at the dinner table. There are few politicians (personally) I admire but to be a war time leader and hold the country together. That’s a serious challenge.

It is unbelievable. It is a miracle! Ukrainians are incredibly brave, courageous people. Their soldiers are lions! Hopefully this leads to a reversal of Russia's fortune in the past. Hopefully this leads to Putin's downfall.

Zelenskiy visits Kherson while the city is in easy shelling distance of the Russians; Putin hides in the basement of the Kremlin. What a contrast in character!

I wonder if Putin skipped the G-20 out of fear that the locks on his office door would be changed in his absence.

And how many times has Putin visited his troops on the frontline ? Actually, how many times has he left the safety of his bunker ? Maybe his next calendar could have photos of him cowering in his various bunkers.

The war will be long..

Delusional,PR do not win a war

nor does rounding up old, handicapped, drunken, unmotivated men & forcing them to fight a war with no training or equipment

With his moral stature growing after every victory Zelenskiy is offering a shining example of leadership to the demoralized Russians who must now be waking up to see the writing on the wall for their "Tsar" Vladimir. As Ödön von Horváth once wrote describing the MO of fascism: When only obedience is required and no longer character, then the truth goes and the lie comes. This moral rot alone is slowly but surely eating away at the wobbly throne of the Kremlin psychopath.

Kherson still "Russian territory," says Kremlin: Asked to comment on Zelensky's visit to Kherson on Monday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded: "No comment. This is Russian territory."

So, that means you don't mind if we send you the bill for all the critical infrastructure you intentionally destroyed, right? I mean the "pottery barn" rule is in effect, right? RIGHT?

And under the "possession is 9/10 of the law" principle, as of today, it does not appear to be "still Russian territory."

Got anything snappy to say to that, Dmitry?

The shocking realization of this war is how poorly equipped and trained are the troops of the Big Bear. Now Russia is busing in thousands of civilians and prisoners with only the basic training about aiming their rifles away from themselves and never shooting in their feet.

Zelensky now holds the joker card.

The headlines are great, but the reality on the ground feels like it is getting more and more desperate - if not militarily, then for the people of Ukraine. winter is coming and they lack food and fuel and security....

This little PR victory came at a great cost, in terms of lives lost.

vowing to press on until Kyiv reclaims control of all its occupied territory.

Why, so that they can continue shelling them for years to come?

The PR victory is the cherry on the top of taking back your land that was stolen from you.

Russia looking pathetic is just a bonus.

@wicks

any complaints about the ‘cost’, please send them to the kremlin

Doesn’t he need a Russian Visa to go there? After the referendum it is part of Russia. He should be fined and or detained.

@rodney

a valid point - which just emphasises the fact that the so called referendum means nothing

Nah, those should be sent to the White House, or to Victoria Nuland.

Yeah, if he really is there. But he might only be virtually present, via green screen; no visa required for that.

Just seen on the BBC news, Russian missile killed 2 people in Poland.

Putin is in deeper crap now.

Getting his azz kicked in Ukraine

People at home protesting at his war

Now the bear has poked a hornet nest

Before the war started Russian miltary was thought to be stronger than it is now.

Then it gets its teeth smashed as a smaller army is equipt with modern weapons start kicking the invaders out
