That's why russia is demanding complete sanctions lifting and no real ceasefire, right? Ukraine was doing fine before murderous russians tried to kill it in 2022.

For example, when this is fully implemented, the terms of the latest deal can be met (and not in reverse, as with the previous grain initiative).

In defense of the confusion by certain quarters, even Zelensky appears utterly confused as he contradicts the official WH statement, published in the article right after his contradictory remarks.
