its clear he is not Diplomat but CIA agent.so talking about Immunity is waste of time.Plus ISI warned CIA for any false flag operations in Pakistan.so every thing is between CIA and ISI .CIA can take out all those mercenaries in Pakistan or go against ISI .if they go against ISI well Afghanistan will be really difficult to hold on.remember ISI played important role in afghan war. we are not talking about only supply routes but its spies vs spies.its their turf if they exposed CIA mercenaries to the world it will be very difficult time for cia to extract them from Pakistan. Here are few facts for you. 1.he was deported from Pakistan one year back.due to his WORK in peshwar region. 2.what the heck he is doing in market? 3.he needs cash for what?there are atms in embassy. 4.why he is rushing after killing? 5.why he is carrying weapon? If Pakistan law can't prosecute him.stop laughing around any mess in the world.if there are double standards God help us. if he found guilty he must punished by law.life time prison.
