@Tatanka
That's what we are protesting. The money goes to corporations that rob people outta their money. A deceased artist shouldn't be earning money.

This might sound unbelievable to some, but SoftBank gets better download speeds than au where I am, I checked with a friend who has an iPhone 4S on au. All in all, it depends on where you are and the general consensus is that au offers better coverage in more places. I stuck with Softbank because they offered a slightly cheaper plan than au.

@jasperandy If the yen drops, many Japanese citizens who have saved their money will be toast. Sure, they don't have billions but with the strong yen the savings of many Japanese citizens account to something. If the yen drops, years of savings will effectively evaporate. I hope whatever solution to Japan's debt problem doesn't result in wiping out savings made by hard-working individuals over many long years.

How can you live without stress? Stress is life. Unless she was born into a rich family, never had to worry about school or debt or rent, she would have had to be stressed about something. Hell, Japanese people stress more than anyone with the elementary, jr. high and high school entry exams, and then there is undergraduate studies.

@Elbuda Mexicano If you legalize drugs, the smugglers and drug gangs will go away. Legalize it and tax it. Indviduals should be the final authority on what goes into their bodies.

@JapanGal
It is not the evil Japanese doing this, it is the people from all the other countries trying to take Yen out of the wallets of innocent Japanese.
Wait! What? I'm confused. Which people and where? Instead of pointing fingers at foreigners why don't you instead go after the government and corporations who are robbing the Japanese people day in and day out?

@Spidapig24
Sadly though the Japanese arnt alone in this practise but most of the fish caught go to feed a hungry Japanese population. What are they going to do when they cant get their tuna? What fish is next
The question is not what fish but what is next? Off of my head I would say Soylent Green. We are driving Bluefin tuna and other creatures to extinction, destroying forests and farmlands at a rate so fast that very soon our source of food will be Soylent Green.

Why was I down voted? What it out of line or controversial about stating that the fishermen fishing the bluefin tuna are destroying their own livelihood? or stating that the Japanese should limit their consumption. JapanToday suffers from groupthink.

Posted in: Far more bluefin sold than reported caught, with Japan consuming 80%: report See in context
Don't people realize that soon they won't be able to fish them destroying their own livelihood in the process? Is greed that blinding? The majority of the blame lies on the evil fishermen but surely the Japanese can do something, limit consumption for example.
