Sitting in a hanger on Deigo Garcia. Doubtful if it crashed in the ocean because they can't land without breaking up on the water, especially if the engines are under the wings If crashed in the ocean there would be parts, luggage and just about anything that will float.

JeffLeeFeb. 28, 2016 - 08:23AM JST no, because the newcomers would eventually come under the same financial and economic pressures that have contributed to Japan's low birthrate.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How would any newcomers be able to survive in Japan when so many Japanese are in poverty. Low minimum wage compared to all other advanced countries, high costs of food, utilities and minimum welfare etc. impossible.

smithinjapanFeb. 12, 2016 - 08:38AM JST 25yearsinJapan: So why don't we all just float off into space? Why does the air stay? ============================

As I said, all objects that have weight drop down to the ground. You don't float away because you weigh more than air. Just believe in your eyes and logic.Even in a vacuum, objects that have weight still drop. Why does the air stay ? no one knows, nor does any scientist know where the wind comes from. Everyone believes in the theory of gravity because they are told so.Newton saw an apple fall off a tree- what a revelation. I think millions of people before him noticed this strange phenomena as well.

Strangerland. Tell me how water can stay on the sides of the earth. How does water rise up by capillary action- why doesn't gravity hold it down if gravity force is so strong to hold the oceans on the earth sides and underneath.

I think all this hoo ha about gravitational waves is damage control because so many people are waking up to this THEORY of gravity and It's problems to explain many simple questions.

Everyone is taught that the earth is a globe spinning at 1000mph- no wait, Neil Grass Tyson says that it is wider at the equator, no wait, he now says it is pear shaped. There is not one single true photo of earth. All the pictures you see are computer generated by stitching many photos together or even an artist's rendering. The reason there is no actual photo is because you can't get high enough in space to take one. The Hubble telescope supposedly can take pictures of the universe millions of light years away but can not take one of the earth.

Posted in: Scientists glimpse Einstein's gravitational waves See in context

There is no magic gravity sucking us on to earth. All things drop to earth because they are heavier than air. Gravity can't even hold a small helium filled balloon down and yet we are to believe that some force holds the massive weight of the oceans on to the sides of the earth without dripping off.

It is a bad trait of many Japanese people. They love to push people down. I have seen it happen to so many undeserving people who have had misfortunes in life. It makes me sick when I see people having to grovel on the floor in front of their persecuters for the tiniest trangressions.

A consumption tax would not be a problem as long as people forced to work in the part time system ( and it is huge ) were earning a liveable minimum wage as other socially advanced countries do. Eg. NZ, Australia and others.

If anything needs to be raised, it is the minimum wage. Other countries manage no problem with their good minimum wages, and you never hear about them moaning about the price of a hamburger. The only people who complain about an increase in minimum wages are people who are already on a good wage. Let's see how they would survive in Japan on Yen 120,000 a month.

People with salaried jobs earn reasonably well in Japan. The real problem are those people who have to work on a minimum wage which is about the lowest in the OECD countries recently surveyed. Japanese minimum wage needs to be at least 1,200 yen per hour or better to be close in line with other countries that have a good welfare system, free public hospitals, pensions funded from the tax take and food prices half or better than Japanese prices.

Posted in: Abe could delay tax rise, call snap election - again See in context

fxgai, Now does the minimum wage help people who don't have a job at all, but still need to pay extra for consumption. Therefore I think extra welfare payments are the answer.---------------------------------

I have to mostly agree with you especially in regards to extra welfare. Those countries with the higher minimum wage also have a very good welfare system as well. There are a lot of jobs available in Japan but they are all temporary and part time. What they need in this country is more permanent work for people. By the way, the govt. still expects people to make their pension payments even if they are out of work. Govt response to those people- borrow money or get it off your parents. How callous can you get. Japanese people young and old are suffering financially.

Posted in: Abe could delay tax rise, call snap election - again See in context

It wouldn't matter if the consumption tax was raised, providing that people on the lower incomes earned more wages and had more job security. The minimum wage must go up. I know of people young and old who are working 2 to 3 jobs a week to try and live decently. Raising the minimum wage can only be better for the government as they can collect more tax income and especially help people pay their other tax- the pension .Most people with lower incomes are unable to pay in to the pension.

People on the higher income can still live decently with the higher consumption tax. Income tax should also be lowered as it is a theft of one's hourly paid wages especially for those who are paid by the hour etc.Consumption tax is the only fair tax as it is only on what you spend.

There are other OECD countries that pay a very good liveable minimum wage, have a good welfare system and other benefits for their citizens. These countries have a much smaller population than Japan, yet their citizens live a much better life. Where does all the money that Japan Government collects go to ?

Also, photos show white marks on the road common on other shooting incidents which are placed to mark where a vehicle should be placed for photos. Looks like another murder, false flag.

Anyway, the so called refugees of today would soon look for better pastures than Japan once they find out the lousy minimum wage and high prices of everything. There are enough Japanese people collecting aluminium cans and cardboard at the moment trying to keep starvation at bay.

Abe told cabinet ministers he eventually wants to raise the weighted national average minimum wage to 1,000 yen per hour.

What the government tells everyone-- " eventually," and " tarrifs off eventually - in another 16 years " 3% increase on the minimum wage is an insult. As I keep saying, other countries pay a much higher minimum wage with overall much cheaper food prices than Japan and they all manage fine.

The minimum wage has been rising for the past few years, but Japan’s rates are only slightly above the average for OECD members, and labor unions have argued for bigger increases. Japanese minimum wage should be around minimum of yen 1,200 or more.

Bulls^#:%t,

The Japanese minimum wage is about second lowest out of OECD countries surveyed. Politicians must be dumb. A good minimum wage would be beneficial to the tax take and some increase in prices would not really hurt wage earners much. Japanese minimum wage should be around minimum of yen 1,200 or more That would be around the same as New Zealand except NZ does not have additional sales taxes or pension payments . I always bring up New Zealand so as to show how a far smaller country than Japan can look after it's people.
