Didn't know NHK was so lax in their hiring process and why even bother airing prerecorded news in Chinese? That's like having a radio station airing news in Russian. How would anyone know what is being broadcasted unless you understood the Russian language. Really dumb move."
NHK actually broadcasts news and programmes in Russian too. Obviously it's meant for Russian speaking audience.
