I already saw Japanese people wearing Native American clothes. I have native american blood from my mother so was it racist towards me? Even tho I don't like the fact that there are Princes, he's still one so it's just normal that he wears samurai clothes in Japan. Btw I don't know any native american here offended with such a thing. They're happy when someone is interested in their culture. They're just being interested in the culture like the Prince with the Japanese's culture. If I ever wear (I doubt I will since I prefer to wear formal clothes) yukata in Japan please just see it as a mark of respect.

@Smithinjapan

You hit the nail. Here in Canada I'm living 7 hours away from my hometown because of university. In Japan it's easier to live near one. As you said who will rent an appartment in Tokyo when he/she can lives with his/her parents!

It was easy to say he did that because he was still living with his mother it's like when they always link the fact that the criminal had no job and that it was just a matter of time before it happens... I almost feel like a dangerous criminal now... I'm 20, not working and living with my mother 1 month on 12.

Anyway the article doesn't give us much info. Maybe they both wanted to die so it was not a ''real'' murder.

Once someone turns 18, he or she is an adult and needs to start his own life away from the mother.....he came from the mother and just stuck around the place he came from yet the placenta had been cut ages ago. See whah happens now.

I'm 20 a university student and I'm sometimes living with my mother. I'm 8 months living alone, 2 months in Japan and something like 1 month with my mother and no I won't kill her or anybody else. Just because he was living with his mother doesn't mean if you live with your mother after you turn 18 that you will kill someone... come on!

Regarding the BP spill, they screwed up and are paying for it, but conventional oil sources are not necessarily disastrous (at least on the extraction end), while tar sands are.

It's not as bad as you think. The problem is you probably watched something on tv and you take it for cash. The fact is extraction is almost nothing compared to what you do when you use your car. You should go there and read : http://www.oilsandstoday.ca/Pages/default.aspx

HonestDictator... thanks for the laugh! I love your comment! I think there is too much princess thinking that they won't work and find a man who will do all the work and bring the money. The reality is when you're riche you like to have a wife who is doing something of her life.

I wouldn't bet on that. If Canadians are so intent on this tragic venture, go ahead and ship it west to Vancouver, across your own now-pristine landscape

We're trying, but British Columbia has a left wing governement. We're also trying to reverse the East pipeline so we can route oil from Alberta to Montreal and build a new pipeline from Montreal to the Atlantic. Soon, our oil will be shipped in West, South and East. I'm agree that oil isn't good for environment, but between 90 and 2010, they decreased the pollution (something around 30%). Also is the BP's oil clean? I do remember what happened in the gulf of Mexico. Or do you prefer the bloody oil in Middle East? As long as we don't have a real alternative it's ''pick your poison''.

It will be a breaking heart for me... I'm Canadian, but I don't like Raonic and I'm fan of Nishikori (and Federer). I don't know who I will cheer : the unloved Raonic defending my country or the loved Nishikori defending the only country I live outside of Canada.

Our oil in Alberta is clean. The European Union tried to prove that it wasn't and they failed. Now they recently admitted that our oil was fine. We won't give up. If we have to wait 2 years we will, we will get our oil to the South. We will soon have election in Canada and I'm sure that we will elect a Conservative government so USA must get rid of Obama and Hillary.

I can eat raw eggs, fish, meat, chicken, horse, and whale too everywhere... not only in Japan. But if I go to the hospital or die then it will be because I'm idiot. There is a difference between can and recommended !

Well.. I don't think it's endemic in Japan not because I know much about the Japanese's view of it, but because I think the survey would be about the same here in NA. If it's not I would tend to say that it would be because the girls would be hypocrite. Happily for us like me that aren't handsome or rich we can date someone of our ''level'' haha.

I've never tried to see how people eat their sashimi. I just take one with my chopsticks and get it in my mouth and then I eat it. The only thing I'm really looking to is how I use my chopsticks.

Here in Canada some people think we're a target because our country is helping USA, but we have a good exemple that even if you're part of the coalition (Japan) you can be targeted too.
