I just wish Mr. Saikawa's fate be an eye-opening, heartfelt and kind. As a Japanese, he stood to challenge nobody would dare to face. Nissan's corporate disease remains. He became a victim of hidden scheme unknown even to himself and to the next one whoever might be. I believe Mr. Ghosn became one too. Only a man with grit can ruin this corporate disease. I remember Gen. Douglas MacArthur words of Duty, Honor and Country. Mr. Saikawa have started defending just like when the General started and failed. May the good prevail!

For Emperor and Empress of Modern Japan, I personally have the respect, honor and trust they serve this country with great humility, humbleness and humane ideology. May they have a long lives moreover.

Great Article! I have lived the past 27 years in Japan and witnessing the similarities of Japanese women so close to Audrey Hepburn... with grace and dignity. The very difference is Audrey speaks expressing beauty, love and empathy while most Japanese don't, but are very polite though. If only Japanese ladies are equally treated then it's another story.

However, if work activities compels you to move for a better place then age limits doesn't apply for a man of will power. As for me, Japan have a good chance for opportunities. After 45, I landed to a lot of companies several times with Permanent Employment statues over a period of another 15 yrs. Do not lose hope and try, try and try. I thinks conscientious parents don't do that. Government much inform and list up what constitute abuse. Younger parents are too much stress out due to economic situations besides these younger parent's parent were so hardworking in their time and haven taken care them of about love, care and understanding in their children days that make them so timid, unwanted and cold blooded society. Younger parent therefore be reeducated and reoriented to be chid-loving parents. It's the government and educational institutions that must act now.
