May well be a good idea, for areas of japan prone to Tsunamis, at least the houses could "float", instead of being "swallowed: like they were in the last "big one"

Just a note, regarding LHD. All LHD vehicles, apart from vintage cars, are barred from being driven on NZ and Australian roads and highways, in fact anywhere in both countries.

I wonder why the car makers of today, dont reintroduce the "bubble cars" of the past, which especially in Japans big cities, would prove to be ideal in all situtions, negotiating the traffic, for easy parking, and the fact that they "ran on the smell of an oil rag", too.
