It's all part of a global master plan. A global credit system where the elite monopolizes funds at will and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Japan must face the music or else. The NWO is about to kick off. GOD save us all!

"You won't confess?... then here's some more accusations."  The JJS is losing face and they won't stand for it. Ghosn is going by the book and JJS can't stand his lecturing. JJS, "talk the talk, or walk the walk. The international community is watching!"

I agree with Tokyo-Engr says. Heaven forbid Ghosn falls insalubrious due to legal case mishandling. Don't give the outside world an excuse to target the good folks of Japan who currently live or travelling abroad. GOJ act - ACT!  If Ghosn did wrong, then prove it and get it over with. Ghosn made many businesses wealthy and they will not be pleased to learn if anything happens to him while in custody. I worry for my japanese famiy members and friends. GOD save us all.

So...10 billion yen or so unreported and unpaid to society but no arrest. Yet, Ghosn 5 billion yen unreported gets jail without bail. Do the math people!

Forgive my ignorance but will someone - anyone...please, PLEASE explain to me how the word "suspicion" fits in this equation after getting an official confession and statement of killing. How insipid from the authorities to release such an inept statement to the press. And may the souls of these two young boys rest in heaven peacefully.

I'm glad to learn he is saved.  Hope this experience serves him well in carefully reflecting his next consignment. It is highly likely he will repeat himself with an outside offer, and may not be fortunate next time around.  Reckless acts brings serious repercussions. It is not worth to gamble life with evil doers. Take this opportunity to provide insightful alternatives to those who are lurking such high risk in journalism.  And, bear in mind Japan now is in monetary debt with Qatar.

I expect GOJ goes nationwide with child welfare agencies to report immediately any misconduct, no matter the gravity of the case, in order to at least expose parents to society and authorities. Shame goes along way in this country, and this will be a step in the right direction.

Countless occasions I helped stranded foreigners inside the stations seeking "Hachiko" landmark in Shibuya. Don't know if this is relevant, but I've noticed that their " i " (for information) centers are located far from any train exit gateways! And they call it "progress...!?"

Let me get this?..the GOJ is ruling raising the retirement age from 65 to 71, and now this elderly person is subjected to a crime for witholding his mother's pension funds which it is to rightously to believe he is entiled to. Most likely he looked after his mother but that is not the issue here, isn't it? Really hope the press remains on top of this as a learning experience for those who are simply trying to survive!

Posted in: Apple, Google, Coca-Cola top list of 100 most valuable brands See in context

Apple, Google and Coca-Cola are the most valuable brands as “their finances are strong, their brand is a powerful driver of choice and they are very strong compared to competitors,” Jez Frampton, Interbrand’s global chief executive officer, said.

This is no brainer. All American pride brands and for the icing of the cake, complete monopoly on all market levels. They never allow competition to display their potential. Apple with their new generation market applications, sets old generation units to become absolete like-it-or-not. Google with their IP securty feaures, sets users to provide without question your up-close and personal contact(s) information, and Coca-Cola with their bubbly taste, sets consumers into dire health issues. Yes, their finances are strong, but we are to be blame for their fortunes.
