Posted in: Sendai court upholds ruling bank not responsible for employees' tsunami deaths See in context

If Japanese employees were told to go to the roof by higher authority, they will follow it. Which is good, but unfortunately in this case, they were sent to death in their working time, by bank management, which was not ready to handle this situation. Dificulty to predict higher tsunami is too easy argument to me. Lesson learned, always listen to your own instincts. I am happy I did my own decisions on 3/11 and after reading this, I always will.

Posted in: TEPCO having trouble with 'ice wall' at Fukushima plant See in context

It is still ongoing disaster. Of course Tepco is not going to ask for international help, neither Jaapanese government. In the mean time out of money and ideas? But don't worry everything seems to be under control.

More info coming up. If this guy is murderer he was looting small girl with his cat pet. She went there several times according to morning bird TV news. One time even with her mother. Police found bags 30M from his house after longer then week even he was prime suspect. The guy was seen drinking on street and taking off his shirt on bus station. Police intercepted him according to TV. Now the police, and parents... I don't know but looks too slow to me. Many people mentioning god here. He was absent for this young girl. As father I will closely watch this case. It is huge tragedy.

Posted in: 79 U.S. sailors sue TEPCO over radiation during Operation Tomodachi See in context

I think they have all right to sue Tepco. Telco was lying to to own citizens about safety of all their plants. They were hiding many facts on polluting ocean till now. Many Japanese people sued Tepco why not Americans. On increase of cancer in Sendai I have to sadly admid that around me, the cancer raised since last 14 years, here in my colleges circles. Maybe is coincidence, and there are family related cases too... But We will never know. I would say sue them all, good luck!

Let me laugh loudly. So there is no 100% anymore. It used to be, wasn't it? Amano care about his technology but no words on people who lost their homes.

Posted in: Crown prince, princess visit Fukushima See in context

Royal family didn't bring daughter with. I wouldn't bring my own kids as well. Last time in 2012 I was in Koriyama I measured 5x more radioactivity then Sendai. Outside of Koriyama more then 10x. We are talking about radioactive particles in there. All visits by politicians and royalties are propaganda to me. It doesn't help to clean up the city.

Posted in: TEPCO says 2 Fukushima workers dusted with radioactive particles See in context

"The mist sprayer has been turned off since last week." Any reason for that? Even I spray my garden these days. It's too hot. Can you imagine how dusty it is there. Wind must again spread dangerous particles far away from Daiichi. And clean up can begin again.

Posted in: The deadliest part of Fukushima's nuclear clean-up: Removing fuel rods See in context

Don't worry, everything will be fine. They used computers to control every mm. 4500mm pull out manually in high radiation field sounds complicated to me. Good luck, with it. Oh, and no panic if they brake one.

I'm sorry but IAEA is too late. They did some small advises to Tepco and visited Daiichi, but the 300 tons leak was just announced. So can I ask IAEA, what the hell is your exact job accept giving advices and promoting nuclear energy?

The best PM Japan ever had???he was confidently shining 2 weeks and after he look week till his end. He lasted a year. Pitiful job reading in his own language and spending tax money on snackbar. Well but jp people allow him to do whatever so he will stay. Japan is ignoring the whole situation. So lets have him for a while.

So interesting. So NRA is busy to make inspections on 50 other reactors and small attention on the ongoing nuclear crises. This must be comfortable for Tepco. I can only predict that nothing will change radically there.

Very typical Japanese. Kouhai-Senpai thing.. Age hierarchy in work. In my opinion Mari don't have to do nothing, we will never understand the full scale of her marriage problem. And Wada... I would never listen to your advice anyway. Who are you to judge somebody else fans needs. It makes you feel important doesn't it?
