Posted in: Human remains found on Iwate mountain identified as woman missing for 11 months See in context

The remains were found on April/29th.

She went missing early morning May/31st.

Her husband reported her missing on June/4th.

*The remains are found before she  went missing and died.

*The husband reported almost 4days after whe went missing. Usually people report the same night if someone doesn't return home and they cannot contact him/her.

This is the time to double or tripple the efforts of self-protection against the Covid-19 and ALL other infectious diseases.

The Covid-19 was a God given preamble for changing our ways of living for ever, with or without vaccine.

Using the surveilance cameras in the area, they tracked the suspect, caught him but they didn't have sufficient evidence to prosecute or they just dropped the charge, bravo.

Posted in: Man arrested for dumping body of Chinese woman in suitcase last October See in context

The woman, who has been to Japan many times since 2018, entered Japan most recently last June 1 on a short-term visa and was last seen alive by her brother in Tokyo’s Ikebukuro.

These many visits(2018-2020) to and fro Japan on short-term visa raise some questions.

Who is this and WHY?

This is very outrageous and who ever it is should be stopped o their tracks.

Japan is such a beautiful and peaceful country, such a thing should never be allowed to happen.

Posted in: NHK removes video on U.S. protests after online outrage about depiction of African Americans See in context

I can't beleive this is coming from NHK!

Since NHK is a national broadcaster operated by tax payers and citizens viewing fee collections, it has depicted exactly what the Japanese have in mind in regard to African-Americans or Africans.

This is not insensitivity or ignorance but racial!

South Korea's court action is totally unacceptable.

S.Korea is acting like a rogue state, same like sea pirates!

They should expect to be treated the same.

Posted in: Son arrested over murder of mother in Aomori home See in context

"I initially took 'Son' to mean Masayoshi Son, and thought why on earth has he done that."

I thought the same thing!

In my opinion, "Hikikomori" is a result of poor upbringing of children such when they grow-up cannot face the reality or the negative side of life. To make things worse, the attitude of the Japanese soceity of deeply rooted thoughts of "perfectness, purity and cleanliness" and a culture that rejects anything deemed alien or troublesome, totally complicates the situation.

Coming out of such a situation is not easy, it takes some time, and requires a lot of patience, understanding and support from the family.

The affected people are drawn into their own world and view everybody suspiciously, including their own parents. The parents do not know how to handle the situation and are enraged when they see their children being wasted at home. Hikikomori is a mental situation and you cannot argue with them in a normal way, they will simply view you as an enemy or someone who shouldn't be in there life or near them and hence the violent attitude when they are scolded or pushed to the limits.

This situation is not limited to Japanese only but to children born and raised in Japan by foreigner/Japanese couples.

Posted in: Toyota employee breaks into Yamanashi head office with shotgun See in context

“I’ve resented my boss for a long time.”

There is a lot of bullying in Japan, starting from early school life way up to the corporate life.

Many people do not have ways to vent their frustrations until the hell bursts.

In my opinion, this is one thing the Japanese government needs to address seriously and urgently before the situation reaches a melting point.

This guy and many others was probably persevering quietly to save/maintain his employment because of his family or the education of his kids.

Japanese soceity are usually docile and prefer to maintain status quo until pushed to the limits.

There is bullying in almost all sectors of soceity in Japan and I think this is the most dangerous enemy to Japan as a country.

Among other municipalities, eight including Shizuoka, Osaka and Hiroshima said they are aiming to start distributing the handouts in June or later, while 10 including Sapporo, Nagoya, Yokohama and Tokyo's Shinjuku said they were unable to clearly state when they would start.

Looks like the handouts will reach some receipients after the COVID-19 is over!

Painfull statement to women but very true!

The two companies said they procured the cloth masks from overseas.....

They procured the cloth masks from other countries and they didn't both to check quality and safety???

A HUGE national security issue, imagine all the masks are tainted with a harmful substance, what will happen to the whole Japanese population?

Posted in: Abe says Japan at crucial stage for lifting of state of emergency See in context

It's no time for lifting the state of emergency, the situation is getting worse.

Abe should anounce without any hesitation a  TOTAL LOCKDOWN from April 26th to May 6th.

This is one period of the year that people move a lot in Japan.

Posted in: Gov't waiting for Golden Week to decide on extending state of emergency See in context

Abe should announce a total lockdown from April 26th to May 6th.

No one should move out or into Tokyo, Osaka and literally all prefectures.

People should stay where they are during this period unless an emergency or essential service.

Derail all trains leaving just a few for essential services.

I do not trust ANY information coming from China.

China can as well say there was no corvid-16 infections or deaths or whatever they wish say.
