Ok, he has 7 years to put a nice veneer on an otherwise simple (1) recycle the IP to 中国 (2) cheap leverage (3) creatively fire 窓側の席 staff.

20 years on, its the same assets that stay on the merry go-around. I bet its the same set of people at these different funds who underwrote these assets 20 years ago.

This has to stop, we are in this mess because politicians do everything to hold on to power TODAY. He will not be around when the fiscal imbalance forces a tax increase down the road.

They can consider protocol specific facilities to cater only to Covid patients. Combine that with tele-consults and tuned staff and I think that should relieve the stress. There is a lot of data on covid patient management and SOPs that can be designed to let everyone feel safe and taken care off.

I hope the people have realized that they will have to live with it. Every country that put up draconian restrictions on travel and business has had to reverse their stance. I do hope that they use this opportunity to destress central Tokyo and re-distribute a lot of the clerical work to the country side.

I just feel that

a. he was at work and died standing up ...

b. he probably felt pain for 1 minute and lost consciousness ...

c. he was unlucky because : it could have hit him anywhere ... in a fleshy part or in the back or in his arm ...

d. he could have turned around in a different way or stepped off ..the 2nd projectile would have missed him.

Bad timing and bad luck.

RIP Abe San.

The cost to re-develop the sewage networks will be prohibitive and then there is a carbon foot print to anything related to construction. It maybe easier and more acceptable to #treatnreuse the waste water. It will still maintain a lot of the nutrients that are needed by the plants. There are a lot of correlations between climate, GHG, water and food. Not really sensible to solve one problem to create 2 more.....

As a suggestion, there are enough open spaces in school auditoriums and there is time to prepare oxygen facilities. Each ward should inform its residents to reach the covid center first and then let the field staff decide if they need more than oxygen.

If people start to panic then it will be worse...if they see a plan in place, they will participate.
