I doubt if they are still "returned travellers" Aussies were told to come home 3 months ago. Mostly duel citizens or extentended families on compassionate grounds for a safer option and better health care in Australia.

All nations need to support an independent investigation into the Covid-19 virus to hopefully prevent a similar outbreak in the future, including China. It's for our children and grandchildren, get on with it.

The state's and territories have done really well so have Aussies in general most have followed the rules. 93% of Australiana are happy with all Governments response to the covid 19 pandemic. Only 50 odd people currently in hospital, listen to the experts do the right thing all should be good, time to open up, slowly.

Thanks Black Sabbath, there is optimism in Australia that the curve has flattened despite the Ruby Princess contributing 10% of our our positive Covid 19. Massive stuff up by NSW health authorities to letting 2700 passengers disembark at Sydney harbour and then leave to all parts of Australia.

I visited Ueno Park on my last day on (tuesday) of a brilliant holiday in Japan, currently day 5 of a mandatory 14 day isolation in Sydney. The difference between Japan and Australia is incredible, to me life in Japan seemed rather normal no panic. It's a stark difference here, panic for food, shelves stripped bare. BTW Australia has tested 120,000 for Covid 19 and have a positive rate of 1%.
