Problem is, stalked persons doesn't want to report it ASAP to the police for some reasons I.e, Mendoksai.. And if ever reported, the police assigned to follow and investigate are too busy reading their magazines and sipping tea in their boxes. Following it up is MENDOKSAI to them. A word uttered habit in Japan. har.. har.. har..

Fines and punishements for offenders are too linient that's why they are not scared to disobey rules and regulations. If police can imposed a very stiffed fine for illegal parkings, why cant they do so with bikers who even make noise pollutions whenever they wished.

@jerseybiy.... yes USA always mingle with what they see profitable to them. But WHY can't USA MINGLE ASAP to the ESCALATING probems between CHINA and the PHILIPPINES about the DISPUTED ISLAND at SCARBOROUGH SHOAL (Spratly Islands) Communist China is claiming their own and keep on building structures and base. That's what USA should be attending to and be aware of. Japan and Korea can settle their own problems.

OPPPSSSS... WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT THE MUSLIMS. If Japan will tolerate this kind of arrangement to a certain religious sect, this will cause discrimination to others. But if Japan will tolerate this type of arrangement for Musilims, then it will be proper also for Japan to build areas for other religious sect who will come to visit Japan to provide access to their churches and eateries and groceries that these different religious sect can avail according to their beliefs. We as foreign residence in Japan follows what Japan does. If your are in Japan, do what the Japanese do. ;) No more no less.

Japan attitude of Syoganai, Mendoksai, by the manual etc...will never change due to the fact of the old school attitude of medieval japanese culture that will never ceased to die. Although they would like to blend it with the now western world .

The old school mentality of the Mayor. What a rationale to prevent road accidents caused by drunking ..

How about NAGOYA City, NAKAMURA Ward. To open a music bar, the applicants must submit the complete architectural plan, things to be used in the bar all inclusive I.e lights, wirings etc to the POLICE Dept in that area. Not to mention the real time appearance and lay out of the chairs and tables inside the bar. I did not know Police are in Architecture and Construction expertise too for issuing permits.. I thought their main job is PEACE and ORDER?

At last USA technique worked big time after other plans failed. US Military really does not want to leave Okinawa , Japan for their own economic profit. For so many years, their maneuvering with JGov finally bear fruit with the unusual threat from China which IMO, USGov and Pentagon hidden forces got something to do with China's non stop bullying and threatening Japan in the issue of Senkaku Island ownership. Hehehe. Mmmmmm why not let USGov and Military Department handle all the expenses in building the relocation sites and be responsible in maintaining and supporting all their officials, staffs and military personnels and no single yen from JGov to shoulder. USA wanted to have a US Military Base in Okinawa so they have to pay the rent as what they do in other countries.. Let's hear their response. Hehehehe

WTF !..... Mr. Abe, open your eyes and ears. It's about time heads must roll inside or outside your cabinet. The only way you can proved your sincerity and quality of a good prime minister for the masses. No matter what elected officials and party they belong be affected. Be the famous scandal tainted LDP or whoever. Nuke power plant is not bad source of power as long as it is managed and maintain properly and not just for profiteering. WTF is the diversion of funds intended for the victims of 3/11. Who ordered the disbursement of those funds. Fan will hit the ceiling if you really intend to investigate and look for those head departments and punish them to show the people of Japan that you really meant good as their prime minister. It's a no brainer to find those culprits. Japan is by the book and manual so it is documented I assumed.

Oh come on Cheney..... the attacked was just your damn ploy to make ignorant and stupid people to believed it was done by the Bushes friend Osama Bin Ladin... It was actually you and your greedy group Haliburton, Ramsfeld and the rest who have coined the 9/11 attack. Why? To rationalize the reason that Sadam was in cahoots with Osama. A reason to invade Iraq not for getting Sadam but for the oil. USA destoryed Iraq and Haliburton have a contract to rebuild it. Only the stupids cannot analyze the true facts and ploy.

This is one thing I hate about entertainment reports. WTF... they have been living separately and have filled a divorce. Let them do what they wanted to do and not sensationalized the issues. Even how famous they are in show biz, they still have their own private life and needs. Who cares who she/he sleep with. This type of entertainment news really sucks.

I have seen bloodless revolution in the Philippines and heard one in Korea to solved a problem and complaints of citizens deeply affected. Fukushima and Miyagi constituents affected by the radiation should now move and unite for Tepco and the JGov to act ASAP on their grievances solutions. Talks and plain media reports won't be able to solve their radiation , compensation, resettlement, relocation, bad politicians etc problems.

Posted in: Implications huge for Japan if casino legislation passes See in context

WHY NOT.... if it will boost the economy of Japan so be it. Many asian countries are raking billions of dollars in Casino revenues. And It will create more jobs. Macau, Singapore, Philippines were successful and still building some more. Forget about the negative aspects of having a casino in Japan. I am sure it will be worth it and increase tourism. Casinos I have been in some asian casinos and they are all properly secured, managed and controlled. If Japan allows Okudas pachinkos , the mahjong sessions, Horse racing to name a few, Casinos will generate more income for Japan. Corruptions???? WTF it's all over the world。 Name a country without corruption....IMHO. hehehehe

I really cannot understand why this kind of deaths are happening in Japan. What is wrong with the Japanese society?. Family ties?. Friends?. Japanese way of thinking? The value of marriage? Raising a child? Can I literally say this only happen in Japan? My heart bleeds whenever I read news like these. It still rings in my ear when my ex Japanese father in law told me, in Japan, work is number one and family secondary. Everyday I keep on thinking how are my kids doing with their mother, who, with her own family jump on me forcing me to sign the divorce paper after I met a severe air turbulence incident on board an airline breaking my cervical and thoracic spine on my way back to Narita and caused me to be bed ridden and not capable to work.

I just cannot grasp what Hashimoto is drivng at. Is he against Japan, SKorea, USA to name a few/ This guy is an activist and trying to de-estabilized peace in Japan and among nations. With his antics and media inputs, he sound like making inciting rebellion convincing that every country bad during the war. Anyway Hashimoto San, as your announcement of doing the apologies for comfort women per se in all countries, during the war, DO IT ASAP. NO MORE TALKS. And by all means give support and compensation to those women who are still alive from your own pocket.

This comfort women issue has been hanging for decades. Golly...why can't Jpn once and for all do something about this and apologies personally and acknowledged them. I guess that's all comfort women asked before they pass away. We and Jpn knows some women if not all were coerced against their will as comfort women. I admired Japanese way of courtesy during my 21 years of stay in Japan. It is time for PM Abe to prove me wrong. I have heard sooo many bad news in the Philippines from the elderlies about how the Japanese Imperial Army coerced and forced filipino women into sex slaves. Some elderlies even said they were Koreans, the lowest among the ranks of Japanese Imperial army in the Philippines were the most brutal and cruel. This I wonder why they know they were Koreans and serving the Japanese army.

It's about time Japan has to change their constitution made by the Americans. Japan had learned and I am sure going to war is not their agenda now. Japan invasion of China and Korea then was just initiated by one of their war freak emperor during that era. Give back Japan the right to fight back when attack. Stop relying on USA military force. It's plain business for USA. ;)

I agree with you Mr. Jack Stern. Too many "gaijins" here being sarcastic and making fun of some situations. Yes, it's one way to save her face and people related to her. One culture I admire from Japanese if they commit things that will degrade their image. That culture is diminishing though.
