That's the system in Japan doing things always by the book without thinking twice and prone to commit errors.

During the 1970s. a dollar was trading to a ¥365 and went down to almost ¥77. Now it's almost ¥100 to a dollar and United States of A is complaining. In the first first place, the strong yen was USA own making... hehehehe. Why tackle Japan and SK. Tackle China who doesn't even listen to you a bit.

Posted in: N Korea threatens nuclear retaliation against Japan See in context

My hypothesis about these threats: All brave men like this neophyte leader of NK, communist or non, are scared of dying especially with Nuke. No one wants to start WWIII because its doomsday to all. Now what are these scary tactics all about? Simple... protect and defend by means of missile interceptors and war armaments. Where do you buy it? Whose business is war? Armaments and so forth. Your answer is as good as mine. Asia is booming while US and Europe are not, not to mention the timing of all this islands ownership disputes and threats. Is someone behind all of this? Is someone sleeping with the enemy just for plain business? hehehehe, Careful... big brother works mysteriously... :)

Posted in: U.S. tops Japan earthquake donor list See in context

Donations is the gesture of helping others in need no matter how much a country or a person give. It's not a competition who tops and gave the most. This kind of news report should not even be posted. It just incite ill feeling and bad sentiments. I just wonder why JT enjoys posting this kind of news than can be read by anyone on this planet to think South Korea did not helped. To JT... why not list all the countries that donated and change your header to Countries that donated to Japan instead of top 20 countries. This type of header only incite hate and rebellion.

A dog that barks very loud won't bite than a dog who is quite and just observed and attack. This is just a plain wargames business. Threat and scare. Perpetrated by a hidden force with a hidden business agenda. IMHO no stupid country will start a nuclear war cuz they know it's the end and doomsday for everyone.

My heart bleeds for this kind of cruelty and inhuman treatment of innocent children by a mother who carried them in her womb for 3 trimesters of pregnancy and just let them die of hunger. 30 years in jail her crime is not even enough. Even Hell. There is really something wrong with the Japanese society especially in Spiritual and Moral aspects.

the yakuza engages in activities ranging from gambling, drugs and prostitution to loan sharking, protection rackets, white-collar crime and business conducted through front companies. Are this not illegal in Japan by these Yakuza Gangs? Geezzzzz wake up JGovt. Har...har..har...

It just proved that China is a lier and never trustworthy. A bully and island grabber. But what the heck, the greedy foreign companies put their manufacturing in China making this communist country rich and 2nd to the world economy and power. Yes, it's quite disturbing but should this foreign companies I.e Japan removed their factories there, I wonder who will feed the millions of Chinese hired by these companies. I hope China will learn how to deal with foreign neighbors peacefully and diplomatically.

I just don't see the problems about the US auto industries lobbying against Japan. It's just competition and marketing for Ford Autos. If Ford vehicles can compete satisfactorily with Japan made autos, there is nothing to be business insecure. Japan don't need imports of motor vehicles from US except for some very good ones from Europe. If Ford wanted good auto sales, convinced your people to be patriotic in buying USA made vehicles. But if it don't work, stop whining and let your government decide what is best. As the saying goes, if you can't fight 'em, join 'em.

This news have been posted before at JT. If these case and quick making bucks lawyers are suing Tepco and who knows later on JGovt, they should first sue Iraq for the US soldiers killed and injured during US invasion of Iraq. And so with soldiers injured or killed in Afghanistan during their call of duty. .... etc..etc..etc.. these are the kind of lawyers that's not doing the world any good and can be called extortionists.

WOW! and triple WOW !!!!! Many of us here are wondering about the funds and donations intended for the victims of 3/11. Read this pls. .....

Japan has admitted that some of its disaster funds earmarked for earthquake and tsunami relief will instead go to boost security for its so-called "scientific" whale hunts. The Japan Times reports:

IMO the 17 years old must be punished same as the others. He maybe considered a minor in the law, but I am sure he knows what he is doing. 17 is no minor to me in now generation. They are capable of killing, raping, stealing and so forth. I wished someday the age bracket for a minor should be changed from 1~12 years old bracket.

This topic of discussion will just go on circles. Hahahahaha. The best way is for that certain World Organization as the court to decide who own this Islets. Let all those claimants seat in court and proved their claims. The problem, China does not want to. It was also proven between Philippines and China dispute of Scarborough Shoal. Philippines willing to settle the dispute with China intelligently and diplomatically in the world court. But China, keep on ignoring it. THERE IS REALLY SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS COMMUNIST COUNTRY WAY OF THINKING. If it really belong to China as they claim, what is their reason to ignore and go to court. Scared? , The court will be UNFAIR? Geeezzzzzz

It's really sad. Very sad reading this news. Lots of you have commented and speculated. But no matter how most despised the mother and situation, it's still hard to find out why and how the sad fate of this family of three occured. I guess the mother is a filipina and I presumed will not abandoned her children. I just wonder why the mother didn't ask the help from her in-laws.

Posted in: Japan expected to ratify Hague Convention on child abduction See in context

This Japan system is really bad for the offspring when parents are divorced. I have experienced it too. My ex wife and her family reported something to the Koriyama Shi, Fukushima Ken police and the police kept calling and harassing me when I moved to Osaka. Police said that I was reported planning to kill my children and their mother. My kids have been brainwashed completely. Communications were cut from my children. This bad system of Japan only hurts the children emotionally and physically not to mention spiritually and not their mother. I know my youngest boy have been suffering emotional trauma due to the stopped communication . Their mother cut all their mobile phones and computer access that I gave my kids. I know the lawyers have taught them what to do. All I can do now is wished for my children's good health and well being.
