Japan is as much an immigrant country as the USA.... its just most immigrants to japan came about 1500-2000 years ago.

There is no baseball in the olympics simply because it is not a world sport. More countries play cricket.

There seems to be a lot of these cases in Japan, where someone kills or attempts to kill in order to get the death penalty. Without the death penalty the murder rate would be lower.
