All of this fear mongering is not constructive. To everyone commenting about the COVID situation, it looks like everyone is having a good time. Rather than something negative isn't it good to have something good occurring. How about everyone try focusing on enjoying themselves. If someone has any concerns, they do not have to stay and watch the event.

“Jane BeToday 09:41 am JST

I'm glad people are going out. Covid is a hoax, it's not pandemic, it's plandemic. It's not as deadly as what the government are saying. There are more people that are dying because of depression, nothing to eat because they don't have work.”

Above comment is correct.  Many are failing to realize the follow is occurring:

A. Many are losing businesses (for instance it is sad that the landmark video arcade in Akihabara is out of business- this means loss of jobs)

B. Many are losing their jobs or having a reduced work schedule.

C. Freedoms are on thin ice (since when on earth is it the government or our employers business as to where someone goes or what someone does on their leisure time??????!!!!!!!!) (since when is it okay to be hostile to someone for questioning anything or disagreeing?????!!!!!!!!). Many do not realize how invaluable our Freedoms are until they are gone for eternity.

D. Many are on edge/paranoid more than ever.

It is really sad that many are programmed and are not realizing what has been occurring. All someone has to do is say “Corona Virus/Covid” and they all follow like sheep.

Here is a good example: look what occurred in Australia:  https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/amp/world-australia-54007824

The article in the above link is disturbing and it is shameful how most do not have any issue with that sort of hostile treatment.

To ease these horrible situations, the Japanese Government (and maybe other world governments like Mainland China) should sign into law for eternity A BASIC INCOME OF 3,159,000.0 YEN FOR EVERY SINGLE CITIZEN FOR ETERNITY WHICH WOULD BE UNCONDITIONAL. If the Japanese Government gave every single citizen a basic income of 3,159,000.0 UNCONDITIONALLY, things would be easier, everyone would have a cushion, less stress/anxiety and in effect sleep much better. If everyone received a basic income of 3,159,000.0 YEN for eternity, it would be beneficial if someone falls on hard times and in effect give them ample breathing room.

THIS IS NOT FAIR AS TO WHY SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES FOR FALLING ON HARD TIMES???????????????????????????????????????????????

IN CONCLUSION, IT IS TIME TO FIX THESE HORRIBLE SITUATIONS WITH A UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME OF 3,159,000.0 YEN FOR ETERNITY WHICH WOULD BE UNCONDITIONAL.

Not just here but in every country in the world what is the point of all these articles regarding the number of Coronavirus cases????????? It is not like these kind of articles are going to change our lives. All this unnecessary hysteria, negative energy hostility is not constructive. Many are forgetting that the best way to fight a virus is through a healthy lifestyle namely good nutrition from A to Z, exercise, being human about these situations, positive energy, etc.

This is horrible that the woman was subject to this sexual harassment/assault/stalking from this parasite. Any kind of sexual assault/harassment/stalking, it should be a minimum of sixty years in prison with no chance of parole or alternatively a firing squad. These kinds of crimes should not be encouraged, they should be discouraged thereby the criminals should suffer severe consequences.

Feel sorry for the woman. Stalking should be taken more seriously. Any man who stake should be subject to a minimum of sixty years in prison with no chance of parole with the alternative of a firing squad. It is time for the good individuals to take back this universe from the evil individuals.

Any kind is sexual assault crime like this should have more severe consequences. It should be a minimum of twenty years in prison with no chance of parole. For the more serious offenses a firing squad should be used. It is time for the good individuals to take back the universe.

I hope the victim makes a complete recovery both mentally and physically. Very disturbing especially since no one would anticipate this kind of thing could or should occur in Japan. Hopefully if and when the subject gets caught he will receive the firing squad and ultimately be gone for eternity. He should receive the firing squad as the world would be a safer place without someone like him.

It is a shock that this kind of thing could ever occur in Japan. Do tourists need to be concerned????? Japan does not have ghetto areas such as Camden, New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey and other similar areas that are frequent in the West. It is understood that Japan is one of the safest countries in the world on scale with the other safest countries such as Singapore, Taiwan and Mainland China.

Lets hope the Video Arcade Scene never becomes obsolete in Japan. It is understood that Japan is the Country known for having the most Video Arcade Centers per capita (a good thing). The Video Arcade Scene in Japan is one of the many unique features in Japan and it would be extremely sad to lose it. The Video Arcade Scene in Japan should stay like it was in the 1970s and 1980s if not even larger. The Video Arcade Scene Centers in Japan should stay for Eternity.

I would like to think the police are our protectors. That is for what we count in them for. It is ashame the police could not protect the woman from this low life as it is their job to be our protectors.

That being said, as to, for self defense, a weapon that could neutralize a low life aside from mace is a fire extinguisher. As shown in the movie Godzilla’s Revenge from 1969 with Ichiro, a fire extinguisher can be used as a weapon to neutralize the attacker. As illustrated in Godzilla’s Revenge from 1969 with Ichiro, Spray the fire extinguisher in the enemies’ eyes and then run away with the fire extinguisher and go to the police. Additionally, On the way to the police shout FIRE extremely loud. Hopefully as shown on Godzilla’s Revenge from 1969 with Ichiro, this strategy can save lives.

Extremely sad what happened to the woman. Japan needs to have harsher penalties for violent crime, sexual crime and staking.

Any sexual crime whether it is groping, rape etc should have a minimum of fifty years in prison or a firing squad. Robbery should have a minimum of thirty years no parole. Stalking should have a minimum of sixty years with no parole allowed and/or a firing squad.

I understand Japan is safer than most countries but having harsh penalties would make it safer especially for decent/hardworking individuals like that woman who did not have to lose her life to that low-life. Good ridence to that low life may he burn in hell for eternity.

It is a shock that something like this could occur in Japan because I understand Japan along with other countries in the Far East like Taiwan and Mainland China are among the safest areas in the World and are not third world corrupt countries such as Countries in the Middle East and/or Haiti.

Good ridence to that low life may he burn in hell for eternity.

Odaiba should be made into a full swimming beach with all the relevant amenities (e.g. washroom, changing room, lifeguards from Memorial Day until Halloween, physical video arcade centers, map of Tokyo area, police koban etc). Having a Beach right in the City of Tokyo would be Awesome/Kool. It is understood Zushi is the closest Beach to the City of Tokyo. Having a Full Beach right in the City of Tokyo would be an all-inclusive package where one can utilize the City of Tokyo's many cultural intellectual stimulation along with the beach fix.

Lets say if someone wants to go to a Japanese Pancake house for Breakfast in the morning, go to one of the Museums in the morning, get the Beach Fix During the Day and then go out to a restaurant and then a video arcade center, all can be done in the City of Tokyo and a private vehicle is NOT NECESSARY.

In conclusion, it would be Excellent and Awesome/Kool to have Odaiba made into a full beach.

This is really sad. Such physical video arcade was absolutely kool/awesome. Let’s hope that actual physical video arcades NEVER become obsolete in Japan. The arcade scene in Japan should stay like it was in the 1970s and 1980s or alternatively become more gigantic. It is understood that such physical video arcades are one of the many niches in Japan (and also Mainland China) and therefore have the highest ratio of physical arcades in the world. Japan (and Mainland China) need to take action to ensure that the Physical Video Arcade scene never becomes obsolete and retains its character of the 1970s and 1980s or alternatively becomes more gigantic.

That individual should receive a caning and be sentenced to at least ten years in prison with no possibility of parole. Such consequences would likely discourage such action and encourage safety which would in effect increase the chances of a UTOPIA. It is a shock that these sort of horrible things could occur in Japan because I thought Japan as well as the other East Asian Countries (Taiwan, Mainland China) are known for being virtually free of street crime where one can walk around wherever and whenever they want regardless of gender. It is also my understanding that Japan and the other East Asian Countries (Taiwan, Mainland China) do not contain Ghetto areas like many western countries (e.g. Camden, New Jersey).

It is a shock that something like this could ever occur in Japan especially in a rural area, small city and/or small town such as Aomori City, Aomori, Japan. It is understood that everywhere in Japan from Naha City, Okinawa, Japan all the way to Wakkanai City, Hokkaido, Japan (along with all of Taiwan and and all ofMainland China) has extremely low levels of violent crime and one can walk around even late at night regardless of size, shape and gender.

Interesting study. Any one of such areas sound like logical choices whether it be residing and/or visiting. Even Japan as a whole would be excellent regardless of whether someone chooses to live and/or visit as far South as Naha City, Okinawa, Japan or as far North as Wakkanai City, Hokkaido, Japan.

It would be extremely interesting for the following analysis to be done:

A. Overall Most Expensive City/Town in Japan all the way from Naha, Okinawa to Wakkanai, Hokkaido or the top three;

B. Overall Most Expensive Prefecture in Japan all the way from Okinawa to Hokkaido or the top three;

C. Least Expensive City/Town all the way from Okinawa to Hokkaido or the three least expensive Cities/Towns and

D. Least Expensive Prefecture in Japan all the way from Okinawa to Hokkaido or the three least expensive Prefectures in Japan.

It is an EXTREME SHOCK that something like this could ever occur in Japan. It is understood that Japan along with other countries in East Asia (e.g. Mainland China, Taiwan, etc) is a safe country and the kind of place where one can walk around regardless of size, gender, etc at any time of the day (or night) and not have a single concern regarding becoming a victim of street crime, leave doors unlocked, lose one's wallet and have it returned, etc.

Posted in: Man arrested over sexual assault of woman in her apartment See in context

This is horrible that something like this occurred. It is very unfortunate because most likely the woman was was not expecting anything like this because my understanding is that Japan is a safe country all the way from Wakkanai, Hokkaido to Naha, Okinawa. The woman was just minding her business and trying to live a life of tranquility. These critics better not blame the victims because the victim was just minding her own business and trying to live a life of tranquility. That parasite should be executed via hanging or firing squad and receive a caning prior to the execution. The world would be a better place if a parasite like that is executed as well as all those parasites who have mental issues. Those parasites should get a bare minimum of 50 years in prison (solitary confinement) and be forced to register on an international database or just be executed even for the first offense. Without these parasites in the world, we would be a step closer to achieving UNIVERSAL TRANQUILITY.

It is a shock that something like this could ever occur in Japan. My understanding is that Japan all the way from Wakkanai, Hokkaido to Naha, Okinawa like other East Asian Countries such as Taiwan and all of Mainland China are known for being safe where one can walk alone at night alone regardless of Gender, Size or any valuables that they are carrying. My understanding is that Japan does not have dangerous cities like certain areas in New York City, Camden, New Jersey, East Saint Louis, Illinois, Detroit, Michigan and other related areas. My understanding is that Japan, Taiwan and Mainland China are as safe as it gets and where it is unnecessary to carry self defense weapons like mace, pepper spray and/or a fire extinguisher. I guess to be safe every home and flat should be equipped with excessive mace, pepper spray and fire extinguishers.

Hopefully the victim will be able to make a successful recovery.

It is understood that Japan along with other countries in the Far East such as Taiwan, Mainland China (especially Beijing), etc are as safe as it gets regarding being safe from street crime and being able to walk any time of day or night regardless of gender, shape, size, etc. What is going on? This makes absolutely no sense why someone would commit this kind of callous brutality and for no reason!!!

It is a complete shock that this kind of incident could ever occur in Japan. I thought Japan was one of the safest countries in the world on the same scale as Singapore and Mainland China where one does not ever have to worry about looking over their shoulders 24/7 regardless of age, gender, height, builder etc. like in many western countries. Hopefully they will catch this individual soon and throw away the keys for eternity.

The Japanese Government should provide an Unconditional Universal Basic Income of at least 3,245,550.00 yen (equivalent of $30,000 United States Dollars) to all of its citizens. Such Unconditional Universal Basic Income should remain in force for eternity. Further, the amount should always be adjusted for inflation. If an Unconditional Universal Basic Income went into effect, it would enable anyone who ever falls on difficult times to have a cushion. The Unconditional Universal Basic Income would be the equivalent of throwing someone who is struggling to swim a life jacket. The Unconditional Universal Basic Income should also begin and stay for eternity in neighboring countries like Mainland China and so forth.

In conclusion, if Unconditional Universal Basic Income went into effect for eternity, everyone would be able to sleep better at night, have less stress, not live in fear, competition regarding who has what and other materialism issues would be gone for eternity, one would be able to live in a better world where money is not everything and no one is ever judged by money and therefore have a better quality of life.
